“love the spa, I have not had a facial yet, but will go back for the waxing.”
“We were done in 30, but still paid full price.”
A gift certificate had been bought for me a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, the Green Tree Spa's gift certificates expire after a year, despite the value being fully paid for. I spoke with the owner and the manager of this establishment and they refused to honor it in any way. Many spas certificates never expire, but those that do will at least try to keep your business by allowing you to use it but pay an additional fee. I was not offered that option. I feel bad that this was an expensive gift bought for me, and it will go completely wasted. Be aware before buying gift certificates for family/friends/coworkers to this place.
Best Massage Ever. Truly the best spa experience and massage I have ever had! I have been to other spas but my experience at the Greentree was by far the best! The Spa itself is beautiful, very peaceful and friendly atomosphere. The Staff members were very warm and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to more services at The Greentree!
Wow!. Ashton I believe everyone has their own opinion to the service they get and Patterasool's story sounds EXACTLY like mine. Shame on you. I wanted to write a review back when I got my Pedi but decided against it. I too had a awful experience and maybe it was because it was a Groupon. I waited over 25min to finally get greeted and Sonia or whatever her name was had zero personality! And the chairs you're put in may I add, are AWFUl! So cheesy....really? My patio has more comfortable seating. She smudged the polish while doing my other foot and half cared about repairing it, then forgot the clear coat. WORST place for a pedi. If I had payed the full amt without Groupon I would've said something. Instead I vow to never return. Groupon or no Groupon...don't you want people to come back and refer other people?
There is always another side to the story!. This review is to address the neg review given by "Patterasool", I happen to be the client that was scheduled behind her. I have been using Sonia for years and she gives the best mani/pedi I have ever had! When Sonia brought me back to her room I could tell she was upset when I asked her was she ok she said not really. She applogized for making me wait and explained to me the client in front of me was very unhappy with her service and she tried to make sure she had done everything possible to try and meet her expectations. She told me the client was down for a 45 min service but because Sonia wanted to try and please this client she spent almost 2 hours with her. Id say the problem wasn't with Sonia but with an unrealistic client!! When someone bends over backwards to try and satisify a client I think that's called good customer service. Shame on you "patterasool" for taking up my appointment time with your unrealistic expectations and then posting something negative regarding the service you recieved!
I've had better - by far!. I must admit I was not at all pleased with my treatment at this spa. When I first arrived, I was asked to wait in the lounge area for my esthetician. In the meantime, 4 more people arrived and were waiting in the lounge with me. After about 5 mins, all of the other people had been retrieved by their perspective people and I was still sitting there. After about another 10 mins, I get up and start walking around because I think they have forgotten ablout me. I had been waiting about 20 mins when a women (black) comes out and approaches me. I get up because I think she is coming retrieve me for my mani/pedi and she stops me and says she be just a few more mins. (No introduction, no apology for making me wait so long - nothing!) So I wait some more! When she finally comes back to get me - she is very monosyllabic - initiating no conversation and appearing to not enjoy what she is about to do. The chair I was asked to sit in was not comfortable and the mani/pedi I got was not even comparable to the ones I get at the mall. I did not enjoy the experience - I couldn't wait to get out of there and she NEVER said what her name was. Just unsociable. Now, I do not think all of the staff there is like her but just beware if you get her. Oh and one other thing - I had a Groupon coupon - do you think that is why she was so apathetic??????
Love It!. I have traveled all over the world and was suprised to find a first class spa right here in Douglasville. The Spa is beautiful and my massage was one of the best I have ever had. Can't wait to try some of the other services they offer. Very professional staff and very peaceful, relaxing atomosphere.
This review was from a client who asked me to post this for her.
GREAT FACIALS IN DOUGLASVILLE. I recieved a facial from Nancy, she was great I have had many facials in my life time and she deff one of the top estheticians ive ever seen!! She asked me what I wanted to focus on and she listened to me and did just that. I had radiant and glowing skin for weeks afterwards!! Great Place!!
Horrible...went there in September of 2011. Ok I went to the Greentree to get a facial. I was referred by one of my friends who received a facial by Thasha. So I get there and they have me scheduled with another Esthetician named Courtney. She was the worse ever. The room was nasty. There was wax on the floor and dust everywhere. Somebody need to call the Cosmotology board on them. So I received a brow wax as well a d noticed that she double dipped each and every time. The next day I broke out and went to my dermatologist and he said it was definitely from the contaminated wax. Oh and they use the same wax to do Brazilians as well. To bad I couldn't enjoy a facial by Thasha like my friend, but come to find out she's not working there anymore. WOW!! so if anybody has her number or whereabouts please leave a comment. I heard she was the best up there.
Fantasitic Facial!. I have been going to The Greentree for several months now. I have had a few massages (which were always good). I go for the facials and waxing. The girl I use is extremely knowledgeable, consistent and can answer any question I have. I have tried treatment after treatment and every product known to mankind. She put me on a simple plan and my skin looks better now then it did in my 20's! Her face, neck and shoulder massage is out of this world!! The Greentree is great, but I go there for Susanna. She delivers every time!
GreenTree. Well i went to the GreenTree about a month ago and i loved it there. Me and my friend went to have massages and we were treated so well. The front desk lady is so nice. I think her name was Christy. I will be coming back this month for their monthly special on facials. Thanks GreenTree Everyone needs to come in and try one service.
