Very Bad experience with this Doctor's office

I have been a patient of Dr. Beasley's for 5 months.

I have had 6 office visits, and he has not spent more then a TOTAL of 5 minutes with me. Maybe a asked a total of 6 questions. He apparently "doctors" by reading test results versus talking to the patient. The office staff is very slow to respond, and takes repeated calls to get any sort of response. Over all the whole office really does not seem to care about patients one way or the other. Very disappointing considering the time and emotional energy invested.

Worst Endocrinology Office in Atlanta!!!

Dr. Beasley III himself is friendly but in order to get to him, you have to go through his awful staff, especially Lisa, his assistant. When you call, you will never get Lisa on the phone, her message states to leave specific information and it may take 24-48 hours to get back to you. The message also states that if you leave more than one message, it will only delay your response. She is unfriendly and when I left about 5 messages to speak to Dr. Beasley III himself, to tell him why I was leaving the office, she called me back and said I would have to make an appointment to talk to the Dr. She finally let me leave a message on Dr. Beasley's voice mail, but of course, he never called me back. Also, when i specifically left Lisa messages to call me at work, she called my cellphone when I knew I wouldn't be able to answer the call, only leaving me to have to call back and leave her another message and wait 48 hours to hear back again. Very unorganized office. It's also take almost 2 weeks to get my medical forms released.
