Worst Dining Experience ever.. Let me just start by saying if I could give this place no Stars at all I would. But I suppose that they did have a decent atmosphere and the food was not bad. What was bad was their service. I've never had worse service in my life. We got there to find no one waiting to seat us and had to ask to the bar to be seated. Then we ordered and while we got our drinks fairly quickly it took at least 20 minutes to get cheese dip! And we only got that AFTER we reminded the waiter we ordered it, to which he was annoyed with us and blamed it on their "ticketing" system being down. Call me crazy, but waffle house calls orders to their kitchen and it seems to work for them, I'm not really sure why it would not for any other restaurant. Then we got our food almost two hours after we sat down, for the fajitas to not have the proper condiments, i.e. sour cream and guacamole, and our rice was cold. The waiter also never once came by to ask if we would like another drink. At this point we asked to speak with the manager, in which time the manager told us the issue was that they fired a lot of people earlier in the day. This place was not packed and from what I could tell, they had plenty of staff, quite a few people were just standing around with not much to do. The manager then proceeded to bring us a complimentary dessert WHILE WE WERE JUST STARTING TO EAT OUR MEAL. When we brought to his attention that we are still eating our meal and don't want dessert now, he proceeded to tell us that he will be busy later and not able to bring it to us! When we asked the waited for our check, we explained to him that we had a ScoutMob to which he told us we could not get because of their ticketing system not working and that he told us that before we ordered, which did not happen and was never mentioned. When he brought us our bill, we asked to speak with the manager again as we still were not pleased with our services and the manager REFUSED to come to our table! I have never EVER heard in any business that a manger would refuse to see an unhappy customer. I will never go back to this place ever again and will encourage anyone of my friends and family not to either.

Worst Restaurant I Have Ever Been To. The service was deplorable. I had to be asked to be seated, server took orders.. Took 30 mins to get freakin cheese dip. Never came back for drink or chip refills. Entrees took forever. Also brought the wrong ones out. The manager was probably worse than the server. He told me he fired people that night. Why would you tell me that? He wouldn't come back to the table later when the bill came. The server said - he wont come over. Well, guess who wont come over again.. me either!

At last , REAL, REALLY GOOD MEX in ATL. This is my new favorite restuarant in ATL. If you want to eat REAL mexican food then eat here. IF you are looking for greased up TEX MEX, then you'd better not come here. Props to the owner to be so bold as to open a real mex restaurant in the south!!! This has got to be hard to win people over. Basically I found the food is very fresh the waitress was nice and helpful, knew the menu top to bottom. I liked the carnitas much I thanked the chef. My friend ate the Pollo en Salsa Verde which as a freshly roasted half chicken with the best salsa verde we'd ever had and the price was only lik 12 bucks! The rice was fresh and fluffy and the beans were good also. Can't wait to go back.

Colorful cantina takes over the former Miro's Garden space in Little Five Points.. In Short
Taking over the tropical space in Little Five Points that last housed Miro's Garden, Luna Nueva has done little to improve the awkward tiered tunnel of a room. Service is slow and often puzzled, getting confused on how to itemize checks and how many enchiladas come with lunch combos. The menu is tired and mediocre Mexican, only setting itself apart by how bad even the simple staples are. The salsa glows a sort of burnt-orange, like a habanero sauce but with no bite or flavor. Even no-brainers like queso come with a concerning tang and gritty texture. Kudos for going out on a limb with lamb tacos but the execution is dry and gamey. With their liquor license pending, this place has to get better, because it can't get any worse.
