I'm addicted to Dinner A'Fare!

by ElaineGLevine

I have been getting 22 dinners a month for over three years from Dinner A'Fare, which used to be My Girlfriend's Kitchen, at this location. I order healthy dinners (I check the WW points on each before ordering and only get ones that are 8 points or less per person). I pick out the dinners on-line and order to pick up once a month. Then I make a dinner every night that the family is home with a Dinner A'Fare main dish. It takes me only 10-15 minutes to make the whole dinner and I don't have to spend time thinking of what to make. We have a variety of food and it changes every month. I wholeheartedly recommend Dinner A'Fare and especially the one at Northside Drive and I-75. It is simply fabulous!! Elaine Levine

  • Pros: Everything is healthy and delicious and so EASY

Frozen food for foodies...

by crumbaugh

We are seriously blown away at the quality of the meals.

We just had meal 11 of 12 of our first delivery and there hasn't been a bum meal yet. Easy to assemble and the cooking times are very precise.

I had it assembled and delivered which is such a great relief.

My husband and I are completely sold. We love to cook and we love to eat good food... and this service allows us to do that even on the really, really busy days.

  • Pros: Value, value, value... Time is money.
  • Cons: ???

delicious and easy

by sjboling

This is a really cool little place where you pick up pre-made frozen dinner entrees. There are different size packages (6 or 12 meals for 2-3 or 4-6 people) that you can order online. The menu changes each month, with about 15 entrees to choose from. Anyone who tries to have a homemade meal every night knows how difficult it can be to plan a different meal for every day of the week. It seems perfect for families or working singles (although the 2-3 serving size is always enough for 3, so you'll definitely have leftovers), but I'm a college student and I use it every month. Eating nutritious meals is a lot easier when the hard work is already done for you. I'd definitely recommend trying this!

  • Pros: No more planning meals and shopping for ingredients!
  • Cons: Sides cost extra

Saving Time and Money

by busybee1

I have saved so much time and money by getting meals from A Dinner A'fare. The meals are tasty. Many of the dishes seem like something I would order at a restaurant. I usually order 6 full meals a month (having leftovers for the next night and then making my own meals to fill in the gaps) . As a busy professional, student, wife, and mother, I can at least know that my family will have a good meal to eat at dinnertime and we're not picking things up (fast food) on the run.

Convenient, Affordable

LOVE the dinner afare - it is the best for people who are not creative in the kitchen and don't have time to fuss over the "what's for dinner" question. Most all of the dishes have been very good and definitely are better than what I could come up with, and the prices are very reasonable considering what you would pay for all the extra spices, etc. in the grocery store. I take advantage of the stand in chef - it just takes that much off your shoulders when you get home from a long day at work not to have to figure out dinner.
