Jim Ellis Saab is the real deal in customer service. I want you to know that the team at the SAAB dealership on Ptree Industrial is a true asset to the Jim Ellis Brand! The manager the finance dept, the sales team and service have one very apparent goal...customer satisfaction, Jim Ellis should be proud of the team atmosphere that their focus produces. I will indeed recommend them, my experience was one of excellence!

Great Service. We have been very happen with the service that we have gotten from Jim Ellis Saab. I will say that Saab parts are a little pricey but that doesn't reflect on Jim Ellis. Prices are set by GM not the dealership. That being said they have gone the extra mile for us and our 93 convertible. In fact they have even replaced parts that have worn out even though we were a little past our warranty. They replaced a drivers side mirror for us without charge even though it was past the vehicle warranty. We will be happy to continue using them in the future.

My service department experience. I have had my car since 2002 and have used your service department for all my service needs. I find your employees to always be pleasant, helpful and courteous. I have no suggestions on how you can do anything any better because your organization has it right. They make me feel special there each time I come in they call me by name that personal touch goes a long way keep up the good work.
