I lost 20 in 1 month!. My 10 year high school reunion was coming up and I needed to look great on that evening. Although I have a nice job and a wonderful charming husband, my ego couldnt tolerate anything less than ME LOOKING MY BEST. I went to SHAPE and they placed me on a special diet along with medicines. I lost 20 lbs in 30 days.. and I looked inredible. The results are amazing and the staff couldnt be nicer!

Hot Doctor. I went to SHAPE to lose weight - and i did - 24 lbs. I must admit the best part about the experience was staring at that GORGEOUS DOCTOR! HE IS A MARK CONSUELOS LOOK ALIKE - YA KNOW... KELLY RIPA'S HUSBAND! WHAT A PLEASURE TO LOSE WEIGHT IN THAT ENVIROMENT.

Total Weight Loss Package. I have dealt with weight loss issues my whole life... and I have been to medical weight loss clinics before SHAPE but they are the total package. They offered my wife and I - nutritional counseling, medical weight loss - Adipex and pre packaged meals!

They also did botox on my wife and she was please with the results.

New Me!. I gained 60 lbs with the birth of my son, sebastian. After he was born, for the first time in my life I was over weight. I was determined to get my figure back. Amazing Service Total Pleasure!. Shape medical wellness center helped me lose over 40lbs after the birth of my last child. I tried weight watchers to no avail and the doctors and nutritionist at Shape helped me achieve my goal. My husband couldn't be happier! They are true professionals!

Friendly and knowledgable staff. I liked my experience, they were helpful and reassuring. I will definitely go again. I also like the convenient location. They should open another one downtown.
