Really nice experience

I was referred to Shape by my co-worker who went to SHAPE last year. I was initially apprehensive but it was totally worth while. They think of everything!

I lost 14 in my first month and 42 pounds totally. I am still working with the nutritionist Jessica during my maintenance phase. Dont miss out!

Amazing Value and Thorough

At my first Visit Dr. McKenna and he staff took the time to explain everything about their process. I hadnt had a physical in like 3 years do the Dr. arranged for me to have blood work, visit with a nutirionist and he provided me with a one month membership to the forum athletic club.

I lost 27 pounds in 3 months.

Cant say enough good things.

Felt rushed

I felt rushed‎

I went in hoping to finally lose the weight. But I felt rushed by Dr. Mckenna and staff. I had lots of questions including Mckennas training for weight loss. He seemed evasive when i asked questions except to say he went to Tulane med school. I later told my husband about my experience and he said that he went to Morehouse College with McKenna and that he seemed to be a good student there.
