Tiger Rock Martial Arts Simply ROCKS!!. My son Dylan, who is 7, started Tiger Rock in the Cubs Class; he is now a Lvl 2 Blue Belt. I can see the self confidence that has grown since starting with Mr. Groce and taking the summer camps that he offers. Fortunately, when my son started, Mr. Groce was offering a summer program that let the parents train for free for a while. I can't thank him enough for getting me started back into Martial Arts. It's a bonding experience for kids and adults. It's a program that fits all types of abilities. People who are strong or not so strong do well with his teaching. He will push you to do the best of your ability, not judge you on the ability of others. He also teachs self growth in class: honor, courtesy, integrity, perserverence, self control..... , which we all need, especially our children.

Tiger Rock is awesome!. My son has been part of Tiger Rock for over a year now. I have watched his passion for the sport grow and he looks forward to going to class everyday. I have Mr. Groce and Ms. Nash to thank for this. They have created a nurturing environment for the kids and encourage discipline, and respect for all. The kids are challenged to be the best they can be. We couldn't ask for more!

Tiger Rock rocks!!. Tiger Rock has been great for my family. From my youngest (9), to my oldest (13), and my husband, they have all learned a lot from Mr. Groce and Ms. Nash. They are excellent teachers, patient and understanding. I have seen a wonderful change in my kid's self-esteem, confidence and physical condition. They enjoy the classes very much. My husband joined as well, and is very pleased. I am grateful for all of Mr. Groce and Ms. Nash hard work. We appreciate all you do. Tiger Rock is the best! :)

A Fantastic Instructor. I have worked with several instructors over the years. As the most senior student at Tiger Rock, I can say Mr. Groce is one of the most thoughtful and encouraging people I've worked with in the Martial Arts community. Occasionally one doubts their ability to do something and, with Mr. Groce's patience and expertise, you suddenly find yourself performing. I have achieved more than I ever thought possible. Most importantly, I see his positive impact on other students.

Regardless of your age, you will find the experience of working with Mr. Groce a professional, uplifting, and satisfying endeavor.

A Place for the Whole Family. We have been going to Tiger Rock since 2005. All 3 children have taken classes with Mr. Groce. My oldest proceeded all the way to get her black belt. Mr. Groce is great with the young children, so patient and understanding. We saw a huge boost in her self-confidence, and feel it empowered her at school and at home. We have been so pleased with Tiger Rock that my husband began taking classes two years ago! It has been a great workout for him. He lost weight and is in much better physical condition. Tiger Rock is the best karate studio in East Cobb!! You won't be sorry!

Review for Tiger Rock Martial Arts School. As a mother/women in mid-life, taking martial arts is a great way to stay in shape and learn self defence. The instructors are patient with older students who may need more time than the younger students LOL

I appreciate their patient, calm demeanor. Thanks to Mr. Groce and Ms. Nash and all the other instructors and trainees...they Rock!!!

Tiger TKD Rocks!. My son started Tae Kwon Do a year ago and he just loves it so much! Mr. Groce and Ms. Nash have taken him under their wings and are helping to mold him into a confident, respectful and accountable young man. He always wants to do a good job for them as well as for himself. They are very good at what they do and make a great team! I am excited to see what they have in store for the students over the next year. I recommend this academy for anyone who is looking for an activity for their child or the whole family. Tiger TKD Rocks!

An Excellent Martial-Arts Experience. I have been taking TaeKwonDo from Mr. Groce since 2005 and the positive experience has consistently reaffirmed my decision to join the school. Tiger Rock offers a variety of classes to all age groups. As a teacher, Mr. Groce has always provided the thorough instruction necessary to allow any student to succeed. Five Star Worthy!. My two sons have taken TKD from Mr Groce for several years. In that time I have seen my kids' self confidence, awareness, and dexterity develop further than what I thought was possible for them. As a Partner in Education of the elementary school where I teach, Tiger Rock Martial Arts is always willing to lend a hand.

Mr. Groce & Ms.Nash rocks at Tiger Rock Martial Arts. Our daughter began TKD over a year ago and she is still enjoying it! She has gained more confidence and has learned so many skills. She adores Mr. Groce and Ms. Nash. They are awesome instructors. They are patient and genuine to each one's need. Tiger Rock also offers Kisado (exercise class) which is a great motivator and a great workout. My family loves Tiger Rock Martial Arts!!!
