“Great place, good customer service”
What a ripoff! For the price you pay you would expect a top of the line experience. My husband and I had a terrible experience....TWICE because we could not get our money back! . I had a massage with what was supposed to be a 30 minute Shirodara oil treatment and head massage. They poured hot oil on my head for 10 minutes. They poured hot oil in my eyes and I had blurry vision for the rest of the day... and there was no head massage at all...just oil on my head and in my eyes... and then charged me $65 additional! I asked for a manager and there was none that day. I asked if it was supposed to involve a head message and the receptionist tried to avoid answering as I was reading the description. I told her about my experience and I left a message and no one contacted me back. I had to call three times and finally got the manager. She refused to refund my money even though I did not receive what I paid for and only offered another small service as a consolation. They refused to allow me to cancel the remaining part of the package either.Because we had spent a lot of money on packages we went back to complete the services. My husband said it was the worst massage he had ever had. He had an "add on" scalp massage and they massaged his temples for less than 5 minutes and charged $25...AND they didn't add this to the time of the massage! It was still 90 minutes (actually less but we paid for $90) Same with my "add on"....it is during your massage and is not "in addition to" time be aware! So its just a way to jack you up for costs without spending any additional time. Also be aware that a body clay wrap is just lotion on your body and sprayed off...a Thalassotherapy bath is just a bubble bath. This place has the worst customer service and is a complete ripoff. We were so upset that it made us more stressed rather than less. If you buy here just know that you are stuck and if you don't get what you pay for or if you have a bad experience then tough luck. Terrible customer service!!
Mind and Body Spa is wonderful. I have been a customer of Mind and Body Spa for 2 and a half years and have experienced consistently great service. I am always greeted at the door and offered a naturally flavored water. My asthecian greets me promptly and for the next hour I am so relaxed and pampered. One of the best parts is that people comment on how good my skin looks! Give them a try, I know you will be happy you did.

Get to the spa, turn off the phone and forget your worries. Both my wife and I have been coming to the spa since they opened. We generally get between 2-4 massages each per month - and WOW does it make your body feel more relaxed and at ease.
I have tried every massage therapist there and can recommend all of them highly. They each have there own personal style, but they will make your experience special each and every time. You tell them your concerns or tight spots, pain in the back or the best is massaging the arms after typing all week between all my different businesses. It's truely a heavenly experience. The team there really makes you feel comfortable from the point when you walk in.
I've tried many spas across the world, the ones I get here are up to par with some of the "Best of the Best". Try it a few times and you"ll be hooked! Guaranteed...
They really aim to please!
I give up! Hate to write BAD review but you need to know!!. I receive the 24 hour deals through my email from Mind and Body spa and decided to take them up on a package that included a 75 min 4 hand massage, scalp aromatherapy and reflexology. It was a surprise gift for my husbands birthday. I booked 2 weeks in advance. I called in the am of apt date to confirm that is was all set to go and they were aware of the package. The girl put me on hold for quite a while and then came back and said "yes" we are aware of the package you purchased and he is ready to go this afternoon. All downhill from here-Got there in plenty of time. He sat on bed for 10 mins before they even came in room. Massage was good but basic. At most they did 50 min (and I believe I am being generous) instead of the 75 we paid for, they never did the reflexology nor the aromatherapy scalp massage. He calls me and said he was done-I was shocked! I spoke with Karen, the manager, and she confirmed that they made a mistake-even though I confirmed in the am. She "REALLY WANTED TO MAKE IT RIGHT" so here is her generous (sarcasm) option. She issued a 30 min, one person massage to be added to whatever package I WANT TO PURCHASE. Are you kidding me? I was told the owner does not handle customer complaints-I am awaiting a refund! I tried to handle this through the manager BEFORE leaving bad feedback but I have hit a brick wall. We have had hundreds of massages over the years, some good-average and some great. My first request was for them to issue a credit for a one person hour and half massage and we would just forget the reflexology and scalp treatment and the second person. If the truth be told I think they should have agreed to redo the entire package and do it right but i never asked for that. Now I just want a refund and I dont ever want to go back there again. Years ago we purchased hundreds of dollars of gift certificates from this salon for Milton High School-Glad i now know. I own several businesses and if I handled my customers in this way I would not feel very good about my business. This was supposed to be a wonderful and relaxing day. It has just been a total disappointment. It is never about the money nor the mistake-IT IS ABOUT HOW YOU HANDLE AND TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AFTER THE MISTAKE. Business 101.
Zensational!!!!. I believe I had an out of body experience when Karen massage me. It was heavenly! I have had way too many bad massages where I am arching my back in utter pain instead of feeling relaxed and rejuvinated. Karen did exactly what I asked and before long, I dozed off. Her hands are magical! I am usually very sensative when my feet are touched but when Karen started reflexology with me, it was amazing! I don't know which part of the massage I loved the most, the entire experience was brillant! Loved it! Loved her! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Love this place! Bethany and Stephany ROCK!. I have been going to Mind & Body for many many years and absolutely love it. Bethany is the most wonderful esthetician I have ever had. She is very kind, gentle and focused on pampering YOU! Her product recommendations are right on and my skin is healthier today thanks to her. Stephany is a wonderful massage therapist and I highly recommend her. She is responsive to your needs and allows you time to relax and enjoy.
Dorinda ROCKS. I don't live here but I am frequently here on business. I did something wrong to my neck either this week or the last when I threw my bag into an overhead space. So, I limped into Mind and Body without an appointment and asked for a swedish massage. Luckily they were able to accomodate me. Even luckier, Dorinda did a great job of working the knots out of my neck and basically resetting my "calm". Wow, one of the better massages I have enjoyed: firm but not too tough. She did a great job on my neck and shoulders and still hit all the rest of me in 60 minutes. I thought the charge was very reasonable (about 1/2 of what it is on the west coast).

I went into Mind & Body w/ extremely tight neck & shoulder muscles. Karen set up a last minute appointment w/ me, and worked on just my upper body for the entire hour. Upon leaving I could tell a huge difference in my stiffness and range of motion. She was also very knowledgeable about the muscles of the body and they way they work w/ the spine because of her background in chiropractics.
I also visited for my anniversary w/ my husband a week ago and the staff was very attentive to us, allowing us to use the Bliss room for candy and campaign. It was a great experience. My husband said that Stephanie was really good too.
My only complaints aren't really complaints, just preferences. I wish they weren't so hung up on selling products, and it would be perfect if the spa was just a bit larger w/ a locker room, etc.
Good service but too sales pitchy.
I had microdermabrasion and saw really amazing results a few days later. However, it was almost not worth it because the esthetician spent the entire time grilling me as to which products i used, berating each one, and selling me on theirs. Afterwards when I went to check out, she had products all lined up and when I asked to maybe try samples first, she was like no you have to buy them and they'll work better than the crap you use.
The thing is, my skin really isn't bad and the treatment was given to me as a gift.
I'll never go there again.
