Simply Amazing!!!. First of all, when I did my research on different hair extension brands, I quickly discovered that the "Hairdreams" brand was actually the best solution for my fine, straight, and lifeless hair woes! I also discovered that Rene Cerro was the best you can get in the southeast, and I wanted the best. I then contacted Gloss and immediately scheduled a consultation. When I arrived at Gloss I was greeted by Katrina in a very welcoming and professional manner. After meeting Renee, I was able to speak directly with two of her clients that she was finishing up and they were very happy with their results and willing to share their experiences with me. Renee answered all my questions and discussed my options (my wishes vs. my hair reality) of what would work best for my hair & skin type. When I went back to get the extensions installed I was so amazed at how realistic my results looked. They perfectly matched my natural hair color and after the cut and color there was no way to tell that I had extensions. When I went to work the next day, people scratched their heads and said "When did you grow your hair out, it must have been a while since we talked". I chuckled and replied "Yes, it’s been a while", that’s how real they look. Thank you so much Renee, Tyler, and Katrina for a great experience. I look forward to the future with my new friends at Gloss and my new rockin hair. Renee is the best!!!!!

I only miss Renee since I'm in Fla, and that is why I travel. Do I love her, yes, so much! This girl (well she would say woman) has been my beloved hairstylist for seven years now and taken me on what I would call a hair journey. Like many other reviewers seem to say, my hair was a disaster! When I met her I thought there was no hope. It was overbleached, stringy, and shapeless. She gave me the courage to find a style I liked and even told me it was ok to be blonde in spite of my Italian roots! SHe told me I could get on a program and my hair would grow and be better, and best of all she gave me hair extensions. This was the key for me because I got the blonde hair I wanted and didn't continue to torture my poor hair. I saw miracles happen in my hair, this may sound shocking to a non-diva but for someone who cares about their appearance like I do it was truly a miracle to see my own hair become healthier while my extensions made my hair look as glamorous as I am along the way. When I remarried and was forced to relocate to the Sunshine state (ok it wasn't so bad) I made my loving husband promise that I could have a girl trip every few months to keep my hair up. What a guy, he said yes! Thankfully Sophie keeps me company and I get TLC on my hair and spirit with Renee. If you know your hair is not worthy of you I can tell you there is help!

saved my life.. After trying to get pregnant with a heavy dose of helping drugs my hair got really thin and broke off in clumps. I didn't know what to do so when the dermatologist said it was alright and my hormones were fine I went to get some hair added to mine. I wanted my old hair back. they did a number on my hair and it was even worse when they took it out. I didn't know what to do so I started reading on here about other people's experiences with hair. Lots of information to learn here! I found reviews about Gloss and Renee and called her. No call back. Several more calls and finally texted her on a chance and LONG story short she was sure she could fix my hair and she did. Every time she takes my extensions out I see more hair of my own and at this rate it will be back where I started before this mess in a few months. I can't tell you enough that if your hair has been damaged she is the one to see.

fantastic extensions at a fantastic price. As a longtime extension wearer I know my hair and I know when they are done right. Renee Cerro is the absolute best and her prices are affordable. I will never try another salon. All of the things other reviews say are true. She really cares about your hair and is a perfectionist. I literally get compliments on my hair every day and no one knows they are hair extensions.

The Brazilian Blowout is flawless!. Gloss is sort of an insiders secret. Am I ruining it? They do mostly long hair and extensions so I felt comfortable immediately. You know stylists usually love to cut it all off! I got my first Brazilian blowout there a few weeks ago and my hair looks "like I stepped out of a salon" every day. I can't imagine not having this treatment now.

Who Knew I could Have Extensions and Keratin?. I've worn hair extensions on and off since my wedding. My hair is somewhat frizzy when the humidity hits it, especially in the back. The hair extensions would always look smoother than my hair. Renee at Gloss found a way to do the keratin on my hair with the extensions so my hair is smooth all of the time now. I'm thrilled and will always be loyal.

best brazilian keratin hair treatment ever. my friend gets extensions here and told me about this studio. she said she thought they did brazilian keratin which is a treatment to make your hair smooth for three or four months. when I went to check it out I found out not only do they do it but they have so many kinds to choose from so I could get the best one for me. my hair is not really curly just always unmanageable. I got my first brazilian keratin treatment and my hair is completely different in a really good way. it is beyond manageable now and I love it!

"perfect" hair extensions in private salon. Hair extensions are something I've worn for 6 years and know more about than most stylists that do them. These are by far the best I've ever had. My hair is finally growing and that also makes me feel good.

Saturday was the best day of my hairs life! Extensions rock!. I live in Jacksonville and drove all the way to Atlanta to get my hair done. It was worth it! A friend comes to Renee and had pretty much the same hair I had, thin, fine and flat, and since she has been getting her extensions here she looks like a movie star! I did the consultation partially on the phone and then Saturday I drove up and got my extensions. I am amazed by the difference. I will post a picture on here so everyone can see when I get a chance. Extensions rock! I look ten years younger and I've never felt so confident. I swear the attention I am getting has something to do with the hair! It happens even when I am driving! I'm ecstatic! I really wish I'd found out about this sooner because this is how I like to feel. A+++

Oh my gosh I love my hair. I am a model and have had several photographers complain about my fine hair. I would say it's even lost me some work. I was lucky enough to meet Renee at a shoot when she was styling my hair. She gave me her card and told me that just adding a few extensions could make my hair completely different. I went to her and in an hour I had twice as much hair. I was afraid my boyfriend would not like the extensions but he really couldn't feel them unless he was trying to find them. He loves the way they look and says they look exactly like my hair. Since my hair is thickened I've been shooting more than ever and feel so much more secure when a fan is blowing on me and I actually have hair that moves. Thank you so much!
