Poor Incompetent Facility. I have had the displeasure of dealing with this shipping office twice. I have not received my package after a week and a half although it was two day air. The second package was a laptop they claimed they had stopped by my house two days in a row in which I did not leave so I would receive the delivery . I don't believe they are well managed. I would recommend US Postal service if you live in this area it will get here quicker. UPS if you want premium service "I can't believe I am saying this :(".

customer review. Incompetent persons working there. I had missed my package as I was not at home. I called their store to confirm if the package was at the store and that I am on my way they told me yes it is there and I can pick it up. Yet when I went to the store I waited at least 30 mins before finding out that no one could locate the package. I requested if it can be dropped off in 2 days as I was off from work that day and the package needed signature. They called me later and left a message that it will be on hold in the store and will not be shipped again. It was a medication in the package that needed refrigeration so I asked them if they could at least keep it in the refrigerator till I pick it up but they said no. Overall it was very BAD experience with very incompetent & inconsiderate people.

BAD BAD NO GOOD PEOPLE. HAD TO SEND A PKG COD. WOULD NOT SEND. ROOMATE LEFT THINGS BEHIND DID NOT WANT TO HER THINGS. THEY REFUSED TO SEND. AND WENT IN NEXT TIME WITH SEVERAL BOXES TO MAIL I WAITED FOR THEM TO COME BACK THEY CAME N THAT DAY. I LEFT AND CAME BK AND LEFT AND CAME BACK. BAD SERVICE. DONT SHOP OR STOP HERE.
