My Dogs Love This Place

Some of the negative reviews of this place sound like a load of horse sh*t. I moved to Decatur not long ago, and wanted to find someplace closer to my house than where I'd been going. They gave me a tour, took their time, and answered all my questions. The first day, they slowly worked my dogs in with the other dogs to observe their behavior. And since day one, my dogs have loved this place. As soon as we get to the parking lot, they go nuts, something one of my dogs has never done before. They drag me up the steps, and run up to the owner and jump on him as soon as we get in the door like they haven't seen him in a week. If he's somebody that doesn't like dogs, he sure has me fooled. And regarding some of the rude comments about the owner, which were totally unnecessary, you sound like a bunch of precious jerks who've grown too accustomed to getting your butts kissed.

GREATEST PLACE IN ATLANTA

I love this place. I have worked in the pet industry for almost ten years.. Pets Playhouse is by far the nicest, most natural setting i have come across. The people are friendly and genuinely love dogs. They have web cams that show the entire building and i can always log on and see my baby playing her paws off!

I have read some of the negative comments on here and almost find them laughable..I work with many rescue groups in Atlanta and have visited almost every kennel in the area and am highly impressed with the establishment and staff.. The dogs all are provided with beds, and sleep in areas, not crates like most places.. They have outdoor shaded areas with a natural elimination area, not concrete like most places.. My girl loves coming to daycare and always comes home so happy and tired!!! I love it... Worth my money and the extra 30 min. drive in the morning!!!!!

This is an awful place

This place looks like my Grand mothers house and not in a good way. There is nasty old furniture every where and nasty old people work there. The guy behind the counter was bothered when I asked him questions. I did tour the place and was not impressed. The staff seemed seemed not to care about the animals and just ran around chasing them. One guy was yelling at the top of his lungs at a poor little poodle that had an accident. I went to Wagalot next and was impressed with the facility. My neighbor mentioned anouther place that I am going to see next week down the street.
