Very Unprofessional. Paul is great when he's trying to get your business and before he has your deposit. After that it starts to go downhill. Slow or complete failure to return calls, showing up late or not at all. And once he' s got the second half of your $, forget about his "guarantee". Don't just take my word for it - read the other reviews online about him demanding more money to replace his own shoddy materials or not wanting to complete the job as promised. Learn from my mistake - I can't even walk barefoot on my deck yet because they did such a poor job. I will have to repair or redo much of what they did. They also failed to follow mfrs directions when staining the deck, cutting & installing Trex top-rails and even installing my patio door. It's better after their second try but still somewhat crooked. If you're like me (too nice and over-trusting) don't hire PeachState! If I sound bitter, it's because of the way I was treated (over the phone) when Paul called for the final payment and proceeded to demand more money for the poor materials he had to replace (after he agreed they needed replacing and did the work). He never even showed up to review the job because he knew it was a total disaster.
