Absolute Best Realtor In The Business

Without question, Ned works harder and is more committed to clients than any realtor I have ever worked with or heard about. My house had been on and off the market for a couple of years with no results. I had just about given up even trying to sell when I saw a great review about Ned. Although skeptical that anyone could help me, I decided to give him a call. Despite the unique challenges associated with my property, Ned was very enthusiastic and confident and promised to use every creative tool he had to help me get out from under my house. He delivered everything he promised and more. Not only did he sell my house in less than two months, but he was in contact with me every step of the way. Unlike other realtors I’ve worked with, Ned personally called me about showings, inspections, etc. Ned also worked with my bank through an incredibly challenging approval process and made personal sacrifices to ensure my house sold. I really can’t say enough about Ned and feel that this review just does not do him justice. The next time I buy or sell a house in this area, Ned will definitely be my guy because he’s not afraid of a challenge and delivers more than he promises. Ned is an excellent realtor and, more importantly, an incredible human being.

AMAZING realator, Goes BEYOND your expectations

I was recommended to Ned though a friend who was very pleased with his service. I called Ned, and he was very enthusiastic about finding me the best deal for what was best for me. He was always available and always more than willing to bend his entire schedule to show me listings and properties anywhere and at anytime. He is very aggressive with Negotiating and will get you the best deal there is. If you use Ned, you will NOT be disappointed!!! He will work with you and not give up on you, no matter how picky you can be! I would use him again, no question. You will love him.

Honest, Reliable and Dedicated Realtor

My partner and I were first time home buyers. We were very cautious wen choosing a realtor. We honestly feel that we could not have had a better experience anywhere else than with Ned Crystal at Keller Williams. Ned is just an all around good guy. He made the entire process enjoyable and exciting. He is extremly knowledgable and really took the time to teach us the pratices of the business without being overwhelming. I especially liked that he listened to our needs and sent us listing that were relevent to our desires. He is very accessable and works to fit your schedule. We have been in our new home for a month now and we are so happy with all of the decisions made regarding the move. Ned is an honest guy in this business for all the right reasons. He really has your best intrest in mind.
