DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!. THIS COMPANY IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER!! I HAD MY CAR TOWED B/C OF A FLAT TIRE. THE GUY THEY SENT LOOKED LIKE A THUG AND WAS DRIVING THE TOW TRUCK SO FAST ON THE HIGHWAY I HAD TO DO 8O mph TO KEEP UP! MY CAR WAS BOUNCING LIKE CRAZY! WHEN WE GOT TO THE DESTINATION, HE DROPPED MY CAR TEARING THE BUMPER OFF!! I WAS EXTREMELY NICE TO THE OWNER AND THEN HE TRIED TO DENY THAT HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE! HE ORIGINALLY ESTIMATED RETURNING MY CAR THE SAME DAY, BUT HAS HAD IT FOR 16 HOURS!! HE REFUSES TO TAKE MY CALLS AND WHEN I CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER, HE ANSWERED ON THE FIRST RING! ONCE I IDENTIFIED MYSELF, HE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!

The World's most fastest Towing Company !. One day I was on my way from Marietta to Lithia Springs and I ran over some debris on the road which caused my tire to go flat. I called Perfect Timing and within a blink of an eye, they were there to rescue me ! The owner was very nice and friendly and offered to change the damaged tire with my spare tire, he also offered to take me to the dealer to get me a new tire. That was the best customer service experience I ever had in a very long time. I highly recommend Perfect Timing to anyone.. They're the best.

Perfect Timing!!! Literally!!!. My truck would not start one day going to work. I called one of my many roadside assistance plans to have them send someone out and either tow it or jump it off. Due to the local gas shortages in ATL it was taking him a little longer than expected. However, upon arrival he was very friendly and conversational and brought me a sense of ease in my very terrible and inconvenient times. To make a great long story short, he went way above and beyond to get my truck back on the road and I'm forever thankful. I recommend Perfect Timing to everyone and they will always get my business. Thanks Darryl!

Helpful Service. I had an engine issue and had to have my vehicle towed from work. The call for a tow was placed at 8:55am and my car was dropped of at my residence at 10:10am. Fast friendly service. Thanks!

WHAT KIND OF SHOW ARE YOU RUNNING HERE???. My car wouldn't get out of gear so I needed to have it towed to the dealership. It took them a while to get there but Perfect Timing was deployed to pick me up. It seemed nice enough at first, KB was nice. When he pulled up though, it was a different story; he pulled up with a date in his truck and they had a conversation like I wasn't even there!!! It was fine unil they got into a heated debate which made it sooooo uncomfortable for me. He got my car to the dealership ok but I thought it very unprofessional to have another person with you while you are working. I definitely won't recommend this company to any of my peers as it seems they are still in the beginning stages of the business and obviously don't know what it is to be professional!

Worst Experience Ever!!!. I had a problem with one of my tires and my insurance company sent Perfect TIming out to tow my car home. Well, the driver got there 2 and a half hours later and no one had the decency to call me to tell me they were running behind. The driver (KB) held a phone conversation the entire time I was in the truck which I found especially rude and discourteous. This happened at night and the car seemed fine until the next morning I woke up and found transmission fluid leaking from my car!!! I am trying to get the issue rectified but the owner's attitude is so nasty and they won't take ownership of the problem they created. I'm telling you, avoid this company like the plague!!!

Safe Superior Service. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! My car needed a tow, and my roadside assistance found Perfect Timing. Not only was the time estimate accurate, the driver called me personally to ensure that service was on the way!!! He delivered my car to the dealership AND he delivered me to my home!!!!!!! Perfect Timing turned a horrible, scary situation into a safe, friendly and courteous experience. It feels good to know that you can still receive good, quality service! Thanks KB! I hope I don't need you any time soon, but if I or my friends and family need a tow, I've got your # on speed dial!!! :-)
