Outstanding service and excellent advise. I've been a customer of Corwin Robison State Farm for the past 5 years. I have always received very attentive service along with excellent and accurate advice from his staff. In addition Mr. Robison meets personally with me in his office to review my insurance needs and investments every year to make sure I'm properly covered and planning for my future. I would recommend this agency to anyone who wants to experience a high level of customer service, experience, and expertise.

Not particularly attentive, a bit overpriced. If you do decide to go with Corwin Robison, be sure to ask HIM (and not his staff) important questions. I was given flat out wrong information several times by his staff, only to have Corwin step in and correct them.

There have been several instances where I'm told one thing, and then a few weeks later I'm told a different thing from the SAME agent. I learned quickly not to trust what he said, as even he couldn't keep track of the information coming out of his mouth. Moreover, he would have no memory (or notes) from our previous conversations.

Should you call or email, don't expect a response in a timely manner. Overall, the feeling is that he's staffed by slightly lazy dullards. I'm switching to a company that has better rates, a more attentive staff, and whose company has a higher rating from both Consumer Reports and JD Power. Good luck!

Took wonderful care of me. How refreshing to be able to say NICE things about a service provider. Mr. Robison and all the others in his office with whom I interacted "went the extra mile" AND the company did the right thing -- even thought it cost 'em!

Not Flexible - Does Not Need Sales. The agent was not flexible and seem not to need sales. Was not willing to make several sales to meet my schedule but demanded I met his schedule. There are plenty of other agents and companies that are more customer friendly and focused. Must be nice to not need sales these days!
