Mark Harden & State Farm Could Care Less About Its Customers

Mark W. Harden, State Farm Insurance Agent seems to care less about his customers. While the agents that work for him try hard, Mark himself takes a horrible attitude when dealing with customers. He must have so much business at his doorstep, that he doesn't believe in being friendly and nice when dealing with customer claims. I would not recommend Mark or his agency to anyone in the Atlanta, Georgia community.
