Defying Atlanta's idea that bigger is better, this tiny two-story space - a small dining and bar area downstairs, the main dining room in upstairs - feels a bit like a college apartment that just happens to serve food. But Chef Mike Schorn's short menu, featuring lamb skewers with cauliflower couscous, bruschetta with white bean hummus, and mixed green salad with figs and vanilla-scented goat cheese, is anything but sophomoric. Like gourmet food for hipsters, the tofu and bok choy in a banana curry makes healthy taste like million bucks and with the kitchen open till 2am, Top Flr is a massive upgrade for late night chow.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. The staff is great and friendly. The cocktails are incredible! I especially love their new old fashion-inspired cocktail menu (where else in the city can you order a Pimm's Cup?). Unlike a lot of other places in Atlanta, TOP FLR isn't a "scene," thank god. I currently live in Midtown, but am moving to another party of the city; TOP FLR is what I'm going to miss most about the neighborhood. I cannot say enough good things about this place; love the decor, love the food, love the staff, love everything!

I've only been here once but I have friends who have been other times. It's a great dining experience. Our waiter was sociable and knowledgeable about the food. The portions were actually a reasonable size for a change! No need for doggie bags or feeling over full! I had the salmon with a side of roasted vegetables and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was nice (although some of the music selections were a little to loud/experimental rock oriented). We sat down at 11pm and took about 2 hours to eat (the waiters weren't in a rush but neither were we). It's hard to find good restaurants open late!
Pros: Food, Open Late, Portion size, Location is not bad
