Cafe Physique is the best.
Seeing as how I'm not a huge fan of the gym Cafe Physique is a great alternative. I was paired up with Christina and I cannot say enough good things about her or Cafe Physique. Being able to work out at home is so convenient and I was able to work around my schedule. Not only have I been able to lose weight that was lingering for months but I'm actually starting to see muscles in my arms...something I've never seen before!
I would definitely recommend this program to anyone!

Best Personal Training. Beginning my personal training at Cafe Physique is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I had become lazy and was no longer working out so I decided to try them out and it was just what I needed to get me back into a workout routine. I have seen great results and my trainer Ramona Gray is very motivating and gives me great tips on how to continue to meet my goals. I actually look forward to my sessions. I?ve also had two sessions with the owner Amber O?Neal and she was the same way. I also like the fact that Cafe Physique offers a variety of services; in-home training, nutrition services, boot camp, yoga and the list goes on. I definitely recommend Cafe Physique to anyone who is trying to get fit or stay fit.
Good choice. This is just my third week and I feel better already! Mona and I work out three times a week but it's much more than a workout for me. I feel that she has helped me to build momentum toward healthier living. I exercise more and eat better. I've had the energy to do things I've "been planning" to do for a long time. I like working out with Mona. Each session is different and if I feel awkward doing an exercise, Mona is knowledgeable and flexible enough to give me a different exercise to still get a good workout. From the start, my experience with Cafe Physique has been really good. I feel that I made the right choice.
Best All Around a/k/a Not Your Typical Workout- THANK GOD!. While having a good deal of experience with physical fitness and training (like they typical aged athlete- ran track, chased boys, played basketball, tennis, even hockey all through highschool- the boy chasing, much to parental chagrin, was entertainment fitness), although you wouldn't've been able to tell upon site, I've got to admit I'm extremely impressed with Cafe Physique. Ms. Amber O'Neal is the professional's professional, dedicated to helping clients reach and maintain their fitness goals. I am not only impressed with the fact that she really listens and demonstrates compassion for her clients goals, but she clearly and effectively disseminates that information to the trainers on staff and the staff that work with her are of stellar quality. I have been working with two staff trainers: Ramona Gray (Strength Training and Conditioning) and Brooke Serson (Yoga-lates) and honestly, the experience and the benefits have been practically indescribable! Don't think- do, don't just dream- make it happen. You can, you really can accomplish it and Cafe Physique can definitely help you!
Great combination of dietitians & trainers.. I worked with one of Cafe' Physique's registered dietitians and lost 25 lbs in 3 months! The diet consisted of foods that I enjoyed eating at a calorie level that's right for me. I started losing weight and inches in the first week and once I added in the personal training, I lost even more weight. Cafe' Physique is a great alternative to going to the gym. Their trainers are really knowledgable and the registered dietitian I worked with had a Master's degree in nutrition. You can't get that at a gym!
I live for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings........ Cafe Physique's Boot Camp has been the greatest thing for 2008. I met Amber at an event after being struck by her stature. She then told me about her company and I knew for sure that it would be out of my budget .... but when I learned it was affordable I decided to give it a try. It is the BEST!!! I have watched my body change over the last two months. Chris (our instructor) is constantly challenging my body by switching up the routine. I am loosing inches like crazy, I have already gone down a size in my clothes and have more energy than ever. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to see a change in their body and energy level!
Tough workout...excellent results!. I have been working out with Amber since February 2008. She pushes me to do things I never thought I could do! Each workout is tougher than the one before it (and boy do I complain during the sessions!), but I know they are making a difference in my overall health. Before signing up with Cafe Physique, I could barely walk up a flight of stairs without losing my breath. Lazy was my middle name! But now, I feel better than I have in years! I have more endurance, strength and flexibility. I'm beginning to see signs of a waist again. Imagine that...me with a waist after gaining more than 60 pounds after having my children. Amber and Cafe Physique are the best!
Great bootcamp!!. I am a mom of 2 small children and never have time for myself. The boot camp gives me the opportunity to begin my day doing something for me. I'm motivated to get up early and workout. Chris does an excellent job with creativity in the workout. He pushes us to give 100% in each workout. No session is the same. What I enjoy most is I don't even have to think about it. I do what Chris says, and at the end of the session I'm so proud of myself. Amber, the owner, is amazing!! Her story and the success she has accomplished with the company is unbelievable. I've committed to 12 weeks and I can't wait to see the results.
Get the results you are looking for!. I came across Cafe Physique when looking for a trainer to get more from my personal workouts After stopping by to chat with Amber (owner), I was highly impressed with the concept and felt it was the answer to my needs. Amber guaranteed that she has great success in matching up clients and trainers...she did not disappoint. I'm training with Kevin Steele and I could not ask for a better or more motivating trainer. He is highly intune to my needs, challenges my body to do out of the box workouts and makes the most of each session we have together. FANTASTIC! It's a great escape to have my training sessions in the comfortable studio but the in-home training sessions they offer is a great service as well. Cafe Physique really does offer a one stop shop for being a healthier version of yourself....training, boot camps, pilates, yoga, nutrional assistence. To top it off, all these services are offered at prices that I think are as good if not better than you can find elsewhere in Atlanta!
FABULOUS boot camp!. I saw the sign for the bootcamp several weeks ago and wanted to try it out. I have always worked out regularly but I travel a lot for work so haven't been able to keep a regular workout routine lately. The boot camp is an easy way to fit a great workout into my schedule! My husband and I both go and absolutely love it! The workouts are always different and always challenging! Chris and Amber are great motivators - we are definitely fans of CP and of the boot camp!!!
