Just awsome. My best friend has been seeing Martin since she moved here 3 years ago and has raved about him all the time....no I am here and I understand! He is great!!! My hilites rock! My hair looks like a movie star's and I understand how to style it now. Thanks Martin! I have already had many compliments and feel like a million dollars.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!. After moving to Atlanta from Beverly Hills I thought I would never find a comparable sytlist and I now I have! I tried several salons in the past year and have never been completely satisfied. Martin is a true jem! He actually improved my hair color and the condition is remarkable. He even managed to work my 8 year old daughter in for a cut and gave her the most adorable stacked bob. He is so funny and a true master at his craft!

OUTSTANDING!!!. OK my sister came in town this past weekend from New York, where she works in a fancy salon on 7th Ave. Long story short...my husband sprang theater tickets on us and she needed to touch up her roots. She really didn't but she is soooo picky about her hair. Martin worked her in on his very busy Saturday and, somehow, talked Miss Perfection into a new red color with amber highlights. To my amazment SHE LOVED IT!! Said he would make a fortune in New York. She loved him and was so pleased with her hair. She wouldn't shut up about him all weekend. Seriously, THANKS Martin for the unbelievable!

Salon Martin Spradlin. Beware ladies, Martin's work is on the decline. My friends and I have been going to Martin for a long time. In that time I have seen Martin become successful and regretfully arrogant. This was tolerable only because his work outweighed his arrogance. This is no longer the case! We have noticed that since Martin's clientele has increased dramatically so has his insatiable urge to talk trash and gossip behind the backs of the very people that put him on map, not to mention my last two cuts have been so average that I thought I went to the wrong salon.

Martin does wonders!!. I have been going to Martin now for two years. I started out with long, straight, no style, brown hair and now short,great style vibrant red hair with some hightlights. He is wonderful with hair, he knows what cuts and colors are in and out, and what is the best look for the season. HE listens to what you like, but also tells you what will look good with your shape of face and body. It is a very clean, pleasant, small salon so you get that peaceful,one on one time too yourself. He's great, I will never go know where else.

Great Personal Service. Martin is a fantastic stylist who is great for those who need help knowing what style would look good on them. He isn't shy in giving tips and great recommendations for what would work for you. The salon is small and personal enough that he always remembers you and what you need. He's great!

Salon Martin Spradlin. If you look down the list I have written a review for Martin before. In fact I initially gave Martin 5 stars and was very pleased with my hair cut. Then recently a friend of mine who just moved into town: was looking for a salon and informed me that a 2 star review was on Martin's city search. Well, I have to say my last hair cut was sub-par and I was shocked about the way he was talking about his previous customers. So maybe it was a fluke but Im going to have to agree with that 2 star review. Sorry Martin

I am truly sorry that you feel your haircut was "sub-par" and do wish you would have let me know in order to resolve the problem. I am not sure of the conversation that you must have over heard but I am positive that you have taken it out of context. Also, you say that you're friend informed you of a 2 star review but for the life of me I can not find that review prior to this one. It seems you were the first. Again, my apologies. Martin

Incredibly Stylist, Wonderful Atmosphere.
I have been living in Atlanta for 6 years, and have really been a 'salon hopper' during my time here, even trying some of the bigger named salons, because I never found a place with an atmosphere that I felt comfortble in, a stylist that I felt I could trust completely AND communicate easily with about my preferences and needs, and a price that was sustainable for me. My search is over. Martin is so incredibly welcoming, the reviewer that said that he treats new customers as if they were long time family friends was exactly right! Usually, I hate the generic 'chit-chat' with stylists, but Martin's great sense of humor, warm spirit and genuine personality made the experience just delightful for me. I not at all a 'fashionista' and often feel very self-conscious in upscale salons. Not only was Martin super welcoming, the other ladies who where there before/after me were just as nice. It is a refreshing atmosphere, and suprising for a salon with a stylist who has the professional background/talent/experience that Martin does.
I came in with a 'rescue' hair cut, and even though it will take a few months for my hair to grow out to be exactly where 'his vision' has it to be, it looked GREAT when I walked out. The cut was so great, I came back to have him do color and wax my eyebrows, and my expectations were exceeded. I already scheduled an appointment for my next visit, and Martin will be my hairstylist from now on.

Best Stylist and Colorist in Atlanta!. Several friends recommended that I try Martin for my hair color and style. That was about 7 years ago. I have been going to him ever since. He is fantastic! The color he does is great. He has such a good eye in knowing what color will suit you best and the product he uses is top-notch. As for the hairstyle, I just tell him to do what he wants. He always seems to know best. Just this last time I was in, I told him I needed a change. He was so excited and told me that I needed to go with layers. Of course, I followed his advice. I have received so many compliments on my new hairstyle. Martin?s salon is beautifully decorated and you will feel so comfortable there. It?s always great to see Martin and catch up on things. He also has a good ear if you ever need someone to talk to about your problems. :)

Martin is Amazing. I've lived in Atlanta four years now and have tried salons such as Van Michael and Joseph and Friends, but the experiences can't compare to Martin's expertise or personal touch. I visited a couple months ago for color and was sold. Martin immediately makes you feel at ease and connects with you as though you've been a client for years. I've since gone back for a cut and scheduled Martin to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. It's only been a couple months, but I've received numerous compliments on my hair and requests for his information.
