The Hoschton Animal Hospital was started in December of 1995. We were the last occupant of Hoschton's Old Train Depot.
We stress dentistry and wellness care. We examine every patient for underlying dental disease. Dental disease can lead to pain or failure of the kidneys, heart or liver if left untreated. We regularly recommend bloodwork for our patients before surgery. We find 30% of patients appearing normal on exam have an underlying problem revealed in their bloodwork.
We are computerized and have equipment to do most lab work in the office while you wait.
In our efforts to modernize we haven't lost the personal touch. We spend generous time with each of our clients.
Appointments are preferred. We do accept walk-ins. Emergencies are handled with compassion and skill by our doctors. Large (Farm) Animal Services are available on an out-patient basis.
