I really can't say enough great things about City Park, I am SO happy I came across this gem of a community. I had almost given up looking for a place in town due to the ridiculous pricing...and couldn't believe it when I found these brand new 2 bedroom townhomes starting in the low $200's. The amenities are great....the usual stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors that you typically only find in more expensive places. Plus I now, for the first time, have my very own attached garage! Love it!

City Park is by far the best place I found in my search for a new home. I wasn't even looking for a townhome (didn't think they would be in my price range) and I am so happy my one-level condo days are behind me. The location is awesome. I love being right in the Midtown/Buckhead area, but you are surrounded by trees and landscaping. It is perfect for walking my dog. My place is great on the inside too. Love all the features - I can hook my iPod up and it plays throughout my house!
