Alfonzo Hilliard appraised my house and did a excellent job! He was extremely detailed and professional. I was amazed at the detail of the appraisal as he went over it personally with me page by page. I am out of state so I dealt with Alfonzo over the phone. He met my sister(who rents the house from me)and she was also impressed. The customer service was top notch and I am now confident of the market value of my property. The service was worth much more than the price! Thanks Alfonzo!
