No b@ng for the buck

I have been to Arena barbershop on Northside Drive two or three times and was not at all pleased with their service.

Pros: great location, ample parking space, clean and well maintained shop.

Cons: barbers have an attitude and are unaware of "customer service" and "customer experience" concepts (I have even seen them fight with their regular customers), they try to oversell (once they started trimming my hair without asking me; all I asked for was a beard trim), pricey (you feel cheated when you walk out of this hair salon; definitely not worth the service).

I am never going back there again. I would suggest looking into other barber shops such as Monte?s Barber Shop, Apogee Barber Shop, Flawless Cuts Barber Shop or Diamonds and Pearls.

• Pros: Parking, Clean shop, Great location
• Cons: Pricey, Rude barbers, Try to oversell, Oblivious to "customer service"
