HMR Weight Loss Program. I found out about Atlanta Weight Management through the HMR website. The HMR weight loss program is a great program that has been around since the early 1980s. I did HMR with Dr. Wheeler's office and lost 47 pounds. I was very happy with the program. They have a really good program with lots of support. The food tastes OK, not as good as regular food, but what do you expect when you are losing 2-3 pounds every week. Although I lost all my weight at Atlanta Weight Management, I could not continue with the program because their class times are very limited. I have now transferred over to Intelligent Health Center, another HMR program here in Atlanta. Intelligent Health Center has a very similar HMR program, but a much larger staff and much more class options.
