Bad Service I would give them a -1 star if I could. DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! The dental assistant was nice but the dentist was a B*tch with a capital B. Was only going to get my son's loose tooth pulled, because I wanted him to get to school and I was going to reschedule him to come back another day to complete a few fill-ins that he needed. They pressured me into getting him a cleaning that he probably didn't even need because he just had one within the last 6 months. they just did that for the money because they are losing business. Once the cleaning was over it was time to get his tooth pulled, they tried to get me to get his fillings done and I knew he wouldn't be able to go to school after this( he is in K). I let them do one since it was on the same side as the loose tooth.

The Dr was a African lady, Dr. Atea or something like that. She asked me to leave the room and I refused because my son likes me to be there because he hates the dentist and he is 5 for Christ sakes. I asked why and she said because I am bothering (cont) but she couldn't tell me why I was bothering her. I think she was intimidated and insecure with her work when someone is in the room. She refused to see my son although she had already numbed him up when I was in the room so why couldn't you do the rest? was my question. I wanted to slap the crap out of her. I waited a good 40 minutes telling her I am not going to leave the room because my son inst comfortable without me there. The previous times he slapped the dentist so it was really for her best interest, my being there. She left the room and did not come back she said she was going to call the police on me because I threatened to call corporate on her.

Wow! I didn't know you could call the cops for that, she is so illiterate I don't even see how she made it past dental school. There were no other dentists available that day so we had to drive to another location and have the do the procedure , keep in mind my son had to get numbed again because the medicine had wore off. We were inconvenienced that day and of course he did not make it to school. We didn't leave until after 1 pm and his appt was at 9 am.

If I could sue this dental clinic I would for pain &suffering. Bottom line is she had no regards for my son's feelings are my security. Its all about the child being comfortable as well as the parents and if they don't care about the child's feelings why would I want my child even operated on by there dentists.

I called the corporate office and no one ever called me back. Another issue with this dental corporation is they call and harassed you for appointments all the time. they have a recording call my phone everyday of the week. When I initially called them I gave them my home number as a contact number but I called from my cell. They took liberty amongst themselves to use my cell number as a contact number without my consent. The automatic message calls all times of the morning every day of the week even Sundays. This is the most unprofessional dental group I have ever experienced. Don't waste your time or your child's. They are all about money not Great Customer service which matters more.
