Unprofessional at best

Service is slow, they make appointments at their office and don't show up or show up a half hour late, Tony ( the main manager) has an attitude that you don't matter and he seems upset almost all the time, they don't return phone calls, etc I feel they were a complete wasts of my time. After my due dilligence, I choose someone else over them who had no property management experience to oversee my portfolio.

• Pros: will manage very low income property
• Cons: slumlord mentality
