Great selection

I was a bridesmaid in my aunt's wedding quite recently, and after searching and searching for weeks for a proper selection we found this store. There was a good amount of dresses and the display was very nice. Unlike other stores where the dresses look dishevled and manhandled the dresses at A Formal Affair look taken care of. Plus the service was very nice. The ladies that helped my aunt find the perfect bridesmaid gown that all the bridesmaid agreed on were so patient. They would give you enough room to converse and yet be there to answer your questions. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend A Formal Affair.

After searching for months to find the perfect gown I thought I was just going to end up at David's Bridal and be wearing the same gown as all my friends. I kept going from shop to shop them telling me it would take up to 10 months to get my gown in and my wedding is in June!!!! I went to A Formal Affair where they can get your dresses in between 4-6 months. My sales associate was so helpful and listened to exactly what I was saying and helped me find the perfect dress! I also needed to get bridesmaids and my husbands groomsmen taken care of. A Formal Affair has those too! I was able to match my bridesmaids perfectly to the groomsmen. They had such a large variety of colors to choose from for vest's and ties. I was also able to find the most precious flower girl dress there. I walked out feeling so relieved that I had found everything for my big day. I am able to get my alterations done there and had a shipping date for my dress within days! A Formal Affair had great customer serivce, plenty of different style gowns to choose from, and a great selections of bridesmaids and tuxedos! Would highly recommend to have everything for your wedding party done here!

Customer Service Ha!

I made an appointment a couple months ago to look at wedding dresses. After I made my appointment I came across this site where the reviews were terrible but I went anyways. I walked in and Maris the lady that helped me was awesome!! She did more than any other store I had been in. For me that was great being busty its hard to get a size 8 to fit but she did her best to get the dress I loved to work so that I could see what it should look like. Now fast forward to me visiting the store back to look at bridesmaid dresses and receiving attitude as soon as I walked in by this one associate. I left. Again, I visit the store with my sister(from out of town) and my girlfriend to look and attitude again from the same associate. We came in close to closing and she kept reminding us what time they closed and insisting the dress I bought had been sold but I was looking at it!!! I'm not sure if she is the manager or what but she is in the wrong business. I am very disappointed of what should have been a fun time was ruined by her attitude and unwillingness to help. I'm hoping when I go back for my fitting that Maris is there otherwise I think I will just take it somewhere else to be altered.
