BEST NEW CONCEPT, INCREDIBLE FOOD AND SERVICE. VIII Fifty Restaurant reminds me of my days back in south beach, excetp with better food and greater service. As an avid diner, I was impressed from the moment i walked into this beautiful restaurant and my expereince only got better from there. The menu offers a wide range of small plates that will appeal to every taste profile and my attentive server Doug was more than knoledgable and professional. I ventured into the entree menu as well and was more than impressed with the perfectly cooked veal chop which rivaled some of the best I've had in some of the country's prime steak houses. After my delicious meal, my friend and I decided to hand around and have a few cocktail in the lounge area which proved to be an amazing experience as well. This place has captured all the elements of a great dining experience and is well supported by the tenured professional staff. Will certainly be back...
