Wonderful Experience at Entebello – I don't understand the negative comments about Entebello. The place is decorated beautifully, it smells delicious, and the people are very friendly! I agree with the previous review about Kim. She did my facial, and I am telling you, this girl has a gift, and a true passion for what she does...she even told me she has a blog about skincare! The facial she gave me was absolutely incredible. I was soo relaxed and my skin still looks totally amazing...I feel like a new woman!
Rip Off – I agree with the other couple of reviews stating that the staff treat Groupon customers differently from their regular clients. They definitely do.
I got the 30-min facial, and the girl, Emiko who did my facial had me out of there in 20 min.
When I told the owner about it, she immediately defended her employee, and indirectly implied that my complaint was a lie.
Rude arrogant staff.
I would never return to this place. There are so many other spas with professional staff and better service who treat all of their customers equally.
Go Get A Facial With KIM!!!!!!!! – I had honestly never heard of Entebello Spa before, but I purchased a Groupon Coupon and decided to try it, the deal was so great. The parking is weird, like in the back of the building. When I walked in, it was upscale but not at all pretentious like some places in Buckhead, I was immediately greeted by two friendly people at the front desk and as soon as I was done filling out a form this girl came to greet me, told me her name was KIM and she had gorgeous skin and she gave me the best facial I have ever had, seriously! I felt like my face was the only thing that mattered to her during that hour and afterwards it looked so good!! She had very caring and confident hands, the massage part of the facial was amazing, and she answered all my questions about skincare. She recommended a Serum, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything from her, but she really was so knowledgeable and passionate so I did buy it and I am loving it!!! She also impressed me with the little things, like when I asked where the bathroom was she walked me there and turned the light on for me. What service! Kim is a true class act, I will be coming back to her and telling my friends too, also a few days later, I got a Thank You card in the mail from her, hand written, so nice!!
Before I left, I looked around the very nice store in front for awhile, and got a great present for my friend's baby shower too. The owner ROCHELLE was there and she was a very cute, petite lady and she was so nice. It is not often you meet the Owner of a spa! I can't wait to use the rest of my Groupon Coupon at Entebello Spa! Next time I am going to get my nails done in the pretty Nail salon they have!!

Spa – Entebello is amazing. I had the best manicure and pedicure, it was so luxurious. I also had an amazing facial. I had been petrified to have a facial and it was perfect. Entebello, has the most beautiful and unique products-cosmetics, skincare and gifts. LOVE IT

Worst Massage Ever – This "rub down" (I can't call it a massage since it didn't resemble anything close to a real massage) was the ABSOLUTE WORST EVER. I arrived exactly on time and was escorted to the room approximately 15 minutes later. It was a typical massage room- dim with music playing, except the fact that the covering for the face pillow was an old raggedy towel with holes in it. They should be embarrased. So the rub down with oil began... The only pressure she ever applied was under my shoulder blade (which felt like she was trying to rip it out with her fingers). Think it can't get worse than just a rub down... try a rub down only from the WAIST UP. She did not touch the lower half of my body. I have NEVER gotten a massage where they totally ignore one whole half of your body. Even if she thought those were 'focus areas' she could've asked me my preferences and they definitely are not to only have one half of my body 'rubbed down'. 15 minutes after she finished what was supposed to be a 30 MINUTE MASSAGE, I said to myself 'She can't be finished, it hasn't been 30 minutes'. She was. I looked at the time. I got a 15 minute rub down instead of a 30 minute massage. I left feeling more stressed about the fact that I got ripped off. I do agree with another reviewer that they must treat Groupon users unacceptably worse than non-Groupon customers... If that's the case then they shouldn't bother wasting people's time. It is still money spent. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK HERE.
I am so sorry that you had such a negative experience. I would really like to get to the bottom of this since that is totally unacceptable to me as the owner. I would also like to say that in no way do we treat our Groupon clients any differently, in fact the service provider does not know if a client is using a groupon or not. relaxing massage i ever experienced! – The staff was accommodating.. even though I need to wait for a bit for my turn .. it was all worth it.. I came out relax and fully revitalize ! Thanks for your spa :-)

staff was talking about how GROUPON customers are cheap and bad. I own salon and just can't stand unprofessional ppl like them.
I had pedi&mani. It was just ok. She was nice, but I don't think she did $80 job tho.. Also I noticed that they don't sterized tools right. It will be huge problems when state board show up.
If you can't treat groupon customers same as your regular client, stop selling groupon!! You might get lil more business, but It would be bad advertisement also. I will never come back to the place.
I am very disturbed to hear about your experience. First of all, regarding the sterilization...we do have a medical grade autoclave as well as other sanitation devices that are located in another room where all of our implements are taken to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. We actually exceed the state board standards. What you saw was the sink area where items are rinsed and pre-soaked PRIOR to being sanitized. Regarding having to wait, in early-mid June we had a nail-technician who had an emergency in her family and was out for a few days. We rescheduled some clients to other days, but tried to accommodate as many as we could with a smaller staff which is why we were running behind. having staff members complain about any client is inexcusable. I know that everyone is thrilled by the response we have gotten and has commented that they have been making great tips! I am very upset that a client would hear something like that.
Worst massage ever! – I've had many massages in countless spas globally. Entebello was one of the worst experiences I've had - enough to propel me to write my first spa review ever. I requested and checked in for a pregnancy massage and the therapist wasn't told of that and didn't prepare the room for it. The massage chair was very uncomfortable and heated when it was 90 degrees out. I don't believe the therapist was trained to give pregnancy massage. She had me lie on my back for the second half of the massage - a big no no for pregnant women to lie on their back since the weight of the fetus can cut off blood circulation to the heart. Other than dim lighting and decent music, the room was tiny and there wasn't much atmosphere to inspire relaxation. I felt quite comfortable overall. The technique of the therapist was mediocre - the massage was superficial and I didn't get stress and pain relief I expected. For a $85 massage, it was very disappointing and I wouldn't go back.
I am extremely upset to hear you had such a negative experience. Both of our massage therapists are trained in prenatal massage, and I personally had many massages with them during my pregnancy last year. We do not prepare the room differently for a prenatal massage. When each client arrives they receive an intake form to fill out that specifically asks if the client is pregnant, and that form goes to the therapist who should have discussed your concerns with you. We find that most people like the table heated to aid in the release of muscle tension, but I can assure you that we would have been happy to turn it off or adjust the temperature in the room to your comfort.
