TERRIBLE!!! Please DO NOT USE!!. This is the worst movers ever, not only did they drop my TV and claim they didn't after I saw them do it, but they are so unprofessional. Yes, they were cheap, but I guess you really do get what ypu pay for. The left scracthes all over my TV, dresser, and bed. Also, dragging my mattresses on the ground with no protective cover. Not to mention I never received a receipt for their "services" even though I asked repeatedly. I would NEVER use them again. Please BEWARE!!!

Great Customer Service. Ok I have a really cute story to tell you about these men from Alston Moving. I met one of the owners of the company at my place of work. He introduced himself and gave me one of his business cards. And it just so happens I would be moving in the following weeks to come. As it came close to my moving date I arranged for one of my guy friends to help me move. And that is why I'm writing this review. My friend was a no show. When he did not return my calls, I quickly called Alston Movers. I was floored by their professionalism. They already had a job scheduled that morning and worked really hard to fit me in. In fact they called twice to inform me of their progress and then narrowed it down as to when they would be by. This was such a relief for me, if you can imagine. The next thing I can remember is; they were at my door and moving my items with such efficiency. Ok Ok I did not save the money I intended on saving, but I was so pleased with their service it was not about the money, for me it was more about the service. I have recommended this company to my some of girl friends and one of them has already used their service. I would just like to personally thank Alston Movers for their great customer service.

Great Customer Service. I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received, I felt it my duty to recognize these men. First, at the last minute, I had to change the day and time of my move and they were very understanding and able to reschedule at my convenience. I ended up having a lot more stuff than I anticipated, but they just rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They were quick, efficient and very courteous even offering to assist me in getting a piece that was missing in order to hook up my dryer. Everyone is quick to write a bad review, but never a good one. So that is why I felt it my duty to write this one, I have also recommended them to anyone who will listen. Several of my friends promised to use their services, and so far at least one of them has, and was just as impressed as I was. I am very happy and comfortable in my new home thanks to Jason and Daryl. I wish them nothing but the best in their future endeavors.

avoid like the plague. These people moved my things and sent a packer. My items were tossed into boxes and not properly secured with tape or proper wrapping and they literally threw my belongings into the storage and crammed them in so tight that several of my glass items were broken, including a diningroom tabletop made of glass. Also, they stole items from me -- a flat panel computer monitor, a change keeper, and several DVDs as well as other items. Fortunately, I have photos, an inventory, and the serial numbers of the items and have filed a police report for the stolen items. They will be sued for the damages soon.
