Tips for Ridgeway Mechanical

They came to inspect the main sewer pipe to my house and give free estimate, he said I need a new pipe $3,600. then he said he can clean it temporarily for $270. he started the work and then said it can not be cleaned because it has heavy roots, but he charged me $260. I called the city and they came and cleaned it in 15-20 minutes. It turned out that he was using the wrong head for sewer cleaning for this job which I felt he was doing it in purpose to show me that I must pay the $3,600 rather than $270.

Water heater Replacement. Called on a sunday when my water heater started leaking. Ridgeway answered the phone and there was a plumber at my house within 1 hour. Rusty did a great job and a very fair price. Thank you so much.

Impressed. My water heater started leaking, so I looked around and I found Ridgeway on Google. I called them up and they sent a plumber to me right away. He replaced my water heater and even got rid of the old one for me. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Thanks!

Great company; will use again.. Had a leak under my foundation and my water bill was getting out of hand. Called these guys and they came out the same day and took care of it at a reasonable price. The plumber was very firendly and he completed the repair quickly. Excellent company, highly recommended.

Not recommended. We had problems with this company. They came out the first time to do a diagnosis of a leak and take our money then we couldn't get them to come finish the job. They would say they would be here in X hours or on X day and we wouldn't hear from them. There are many other companies out there who would do better for you.
