Same bad guy, many company names. The name you need to remember is Daniel Spivey. The names of his many companies change frequently. I suspect that is how he attempts to outrun the many complaints against him. Don't take my word for it Google his name for yourself. As for me, I hired him in Feb. 2011 to clean my pre-fab chimney and repair the catalytic converter in my Buck stove. I paid him $300 for his "guaranteed" service. What did i get.....a dismantled stove and a missing catalytic converter. I called him every day for 3 straight weeks and he refused to take my calls or return any of my voice mails. Do yourself a favor and avoid Daniel Spivey or his "NEW" company the Soot Slayer. It may save you a lot of grief and money.

Daniel Spivey. Daniel Spivey, does not do what he is paid to do, Daniel Spivey talks about being a good Christian, I don't think a good Christian would leave one hanging on with broken oromises.

Please do not judge Mr Spivey by the negative review on his site.I can tell yoy that John B does not know who Daniel is Daniel is a very humble woirker our ministry.I have known Daniel for 12 years he is a man of Honesty And Faith Services.Daniel is a man who loves and cares for many people .He devotes many hous a month helping others in need..He never asks for anything for himself,He works hard and long hours to provide for his family.[I PROMISE YOU THAT IF YOU CALL Daniel Spivey for any of his services you will be blessed and happy to know him,Please give him a try you will be helping him to care for his family and his ministry.Thank You and may everyone be blessed . Response DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife and I gave Daniel every opportunity to return to our house. Unfortunately, he lied to us about coming, he lied to us about returning our calls. The purpose of this review is to let people know the truth about our experience so that they can make a decison about the type of person with whom they are doing business.

Daniel Spivey came to our house to clean our fireplace. During the cleaning, he accidentally pulled a stone from the face of our fireplace. We paid him at the time with a tip and accepted his promise that he would come back and fix it. Even after repeated attempts to contact him over the next month, he did not return to make it right. He states on his website that he has ?a small Christian family owned business that operates on faith based principle.? He also states that he will be ?respectful and helpful? to all his customers. These we now know to be lies.

To all potential customers of Daniel Spivey, be advised that he is interested in you only as long as he is getting paid. He obviously takes no pride in his work and accepts no responsibility for his actions. If you must use him, do not trust any promises he makes, and certainly do not pay him until you are fully satisfied.

DANIEL WAS A VERY HELPFUL AND CARING SERVICEMAN WHO WE TRUST AND USE ON A REGULAR BASIS .. Daniel Spivey was at our home today and Pressure Washed our House and Driveway .He also Pressure Washed the 2 decks and the sidewalks.He did a very professional job and was a perfect gentelman while at our home.He was here at 8am monday morning and did not finish up till 5pm,His total price of $450.00 was very fair for the work he provided.We were given 3 other estimates that were higher than Daniel's we felt it was right to tip Daniel $50.00 extra to help pay for the gas and cleaning supplies he used while Pressure Washing our property.We will be calling Daniel on a regular basis to do our Handyman Services.
