Early morning workout means no traffic to/from bootcamp!! Every inch of your body is worked on, including strengthening my back & neck. I can see muscles in my arm after just one month. The trainers care and enjoy seeing your progress towards a new you and training your mind to take care of yourself in all areas of life.

The Training Sessions were very challenging/ demanding. This new challenge was great for me. I would recommend the sessions to those that were in the best of shape...it will have you set your goals to a new high.

I enjoyed that this facility offers care for the whole person. The meditation after the boot camp and the welcome each time is worth coming. I enjoyed the challenge.
