Destroyed my engagement ring. I purchased a replacement wedding band for my husband. That was ordered and we picked it up on July 20th. While we were there, they asked if we would like to have my ring cleaned and because a small baguette was missing from my ring they talked us into purchasing a replacement from them, said they would tighten up the stones. The first time I went to pick it up, the stones were sunken in and dirty, I sent it back. The second time I came in the replacement stone was very obviously the wrong shape and size so I sent it back. 2 months later when I picked it up the final time, it looked the same, they did nothing to correct it. That was 3 weeks ago. They took a whole $30 off for the horrible job. I spent so much time scrutinizing the small stone that was replaced (and looks bad) that I just realized that the main stone, which was my husband's grandmother's, has a gash in the side. It's obviously a tool mark. Not easy to gash a diamond. They are hard to deal with an I am positive they will deny that they are to blame for the damage- and couldn't replace a family heirloom, anyway. I am utterly devastated.

bad service. The service was BAD. Rude attendants who didnt know anything. Bad energy, not asking question s and really didnt care about wheter I purchased or not. Stay away. Go to another branch.
