Not too bad. I had a good experience with Brandsmart. I bought my new washer and dryer at a very good price. Unfortunately the only dryer they had that I wanted was the floor model. It was slightly banged up on the outside, but it worked fine. I did not mind the scratches, but I was able to get an even better discount because it was the floor model and not brand new. The sales rep worked with me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase.
