Quinones is a full scale restaurant beneath bacchanalia and is possible the finest restaurant in Atlanta that not many people know about. It only has about ten tables and comes with about 13 amazing courses. If you really want to impress someone and can afford to drop half a grand this is the place.

It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This.
Quinones is simply a step above any of the "fine dining" establishments in Atlanta, and this includes Bacchanalia.
The service (which includes a little stool for womens' purses) is impeccable, and tasting menu is to die for. I know it might be extravagant, but you have to do the wine pairings.
The place is expensive, but is simply worth doing for very special occasions.
Also, be prepared to spend about hours for dinner.
