Highland, Boutique Guitar Exchange appears on the outside to be a rustic vintage guitar swapper reminiscent of the famed Gruhn Guitars in Nashville. However, as their slogan “Vintage Reborn” states, this is not a Gibson/Fender paradise, rather a vast selection of handmade amplifiers and guitars that line the walls of the shop. Brands like Bourgeois, James Tyler and Bad Cat highlight the unique line that only true aficionados would recognize. Boutique Guitar Exchange prides themselves on their specific customer service for this passionate niche of “gear heads” that travel the extra mile for quality equipment. The shop also includes a relaxed acoustic room with a big sofa and sliding doors, which allow you to pluck away as if you were in your living room.
