Do I even have to select a star, really? I booked a 3 night stay at one of their hotels and they charged my debit card 2xs 2 days before Christmas! That's about $300 of mine they are holding onto. I call their customer service line to get resolution and I get probably the rudest person, who definitely should A. Not EVER be in Customer Service of any kind and B. Probably needed to go home for the day if she is going to talk to people the way she talked to me. Basically she right off the bat went on the defense and wanted me, the customer, to do ALL the work and just get back to her. I did however call back and speak to someone else who was 100% better. It sucks that my Hilton experience sucks and I haven't even checked in the hotel!!!
