14 of 62 For Sale because of the Hmnrs Assn Board Membs. HORRID !!!!!! This is not a "homeowners" "association" this is a "Nazi Fascist" association with a God complex !!!! It is not for the homeowners nor is it an association. It is for lack of a better word, a re'gime or a clique'. a group of 5 that have stepped into office and made themselves the judge ,jury and lone opinion and decision makers of SOLELY their own wants and needs, with ABSOLUTE disregard for the wants or needs of the other homeowners or the community as a whole they are supposed to be representing. As these non-contactable, virtually invisible, money-sucking, opinionated, busy-bodies sit on their derrieres vetoing any and all suggestions given to them by the homeowners; they meet in private closed-door meetings 4 times a year with absolutely no way for homeowners to be any part of the decisions made for us. This is HANDS DOWN, BAR NONE THE EPITOME OF WHAT AN "ASSOCIATION" IS NOT !!!
