Worst experience ever. Less than a 1 rating, this place assured me that my hundred dollar extensions would dye... truth be told, after 2 treatments NOTHING. Tried to dye them darker, but after much loss decided to see what would happen with straight bleach on a strand. Once again, NOTHING. They were apparently REAL human hair. Of course, no refunds, no exchanges.If you speak chinese, mandarin, or any other asian language, you might be able to get through to them, but they seem more to me like a scam of a business. Please, buyer beware. Ive been buying from sallys for years, and dyed with plenty of positive experience. go there, they are a true, validated business. My words to Beauty Hills? Keep trying, youll be outta business soon...

VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!. I have bought many hair care/extensions from this place, and the last time I bought extensions, I ended up buying two packs, not know if I would use both of them or not. The woman who owned the shop told me that if I didnt use the second pack, I could bring it back and exchange them.. So I went to exchange the second pack I didn't use for a different color. The woman and her husband laughed at me and told me that I was lying, and I didn't buy the extensions there because the price tags were different...but the price tags were still the same...then, they played stupid and just absolutely refused to exchange the hair. I will never be back, and I will never give my money to this place either. They are very rude, and cheap people.
