Best Cigar shop and hangout spot. I have been going to mack's for about 4 years now and from the fist day i entered i was treated like i had been there for years. Tony and i hit it off immediately and i have been coming back every since. I pass 2 other shops on my way to mack's. I can tell you his knowledge, selection and above all his total lack of humor makes the shop unique.

You will discuss sports, politics and people in the shop . His Cigar events are great and the characters that frequent them are enjoyable. I have mingle with Executive and Everyday working guys and gals. Go there on a Saturday afternoon and enjoy it and every once in a while Tony has something cooking Cajun/Creole style or just try some of the M&M's in the box on the table.

One of the best in the south, much less Atlanta. I have been smoking cigars in the Atlanta area for 25 years and Mack's has a better selection , staff and relationships in the cigar industry than any shop in the city. If he doesn't have it, he can get it quickly because he has the relationships and respect in the business. If you want a shop that provides cigars, knowledge and a place to smoke and be with other cigar fans, its a great place to hang out and enjoy your purchase. If you want a hug or someone to discuss the 47 different subtle aromas of leather and coffee, I suggest you go to a wine shop in buckhead with 5 brands in a dry desktop and a staff that wouldn't know a parejo if someone drew them a picture with captions. If you don't know your cigar etiquette and are offended by those that do helping you out, well, this may not be the place for you, but if you want to learn or share your knowledge, its a great place to spend time. Mack's is a dying breed of shop, but we are fortunate that a cigar veteran like Tony chooses to provide a traditional cigar smoking experience right here in Duluth.

Best in Duluth. Overall, this is a great place for cigars. In fact, it really is the best place in Duluth. However, the owner isn't going to give you a hug any time soon. If you're okay with gruff, he does know his cigars. I'll go back (just not for hugs).

nice cigar ambiance but lacking customer service. customer service is horrible. the guy that owns it seems to never care whether customer returns. love the cigar selection but id rather drive the extra distance to another shop.

Smoke it there!. This is the place to go for cigars in Gwinnett. Not only can you find almost any cigar you are looking for, you can smoke it there in one of the best lounges in Atlanta. Big screen TV, comfortable seating, and friendly service. These guys know what cigar smokers want! Go there.

What a great cigar shop. The store is comfortable with a great selection and wonderful humidification. The cigars are well priced and has all of the hard to find brands. The owner has years of experience and knows everyone in the industry. His parties are first rate.
