Great dojo and Instructor!. CKD is an excellent martial art in that you can be a kid or an aging adult and gain very useful practical moves. It is a fun effective workout without all the hype! Master Jason Bowen is a patient and skilled instructor - kids LOVE him as well as use older folks. If you are looking for a martial art that you can learn without wreaking your joints and you want a fun environment to learn in then give Mr. Bowen a try!

First off, Choi Kwang Do is a very fluid style. No sharp, jerking movements that can hurt your joints or weird, uncomfortable stances. Everything is fluid and natural, providing the right amount of balance and power needed to defend yourself.

And why Duluth's school? You will not find a more energetic, uplifting and patient instructor like Mr. Bowen. And the kids absolutely love him. He is a fabulous instructor who knows how to make classes not only challenging but fun as well.
