gross, horrible customer service. There is so much wrong with this restaurant I don't even know where to begin. The chicken is of questionable quality, if you order something spicy it will NOT be spicy whatsoever, anything with a breading will be all breading and no meat, and on one occasion a long piece of braided rope was found in our food! Unfortunately, since there are no other decent Chinese restaurants near my office, my coworkers and I had continued to order from there... until today. Today was the second day in the past week that a side item was delivered incorrectly, and instead of correcting the error, the employee who answered the phone told me that I had ordered the wrong thing and he was not at fault, and therefore would not bring us the correct item. We are literally a few blocks away and there's no way that that "french fry" sounds anything at all like "lo mein," but instead of doing the right thing, I was told that it would be perfectly OK if we never order from there again. It's a shame their spring rolls are so good, because we will definitely never eat there again.

exceptional food.... having ordered from them many times, i must say they have some wonderful general tso i have tasted in a while. the pineapple chicken was not the best (for that you gotta try Asia Garden- windward and hwy 9) the buffalo wings had me sweating like a stuck pig. just like i like them. very nice value expedient delivery! please try them
