RIP OFF!! DONOT BUY FROM LUXURY LOCS.
Oct 7th, 2009 I called Luxury Locs and I spoke with Pam.. I inquired about the Indian Remy hair.. with Pams assistance I ordered 2 pks of the Indian Remy for next day air costing $366.00 ...Long story short!!
I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT OR RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK.
I have reported the company to the District Attorney!!

Ideal Financial. I ordered their products couple times. When I used it for the first time. My friends were thrilled! Thanks God they brought it in time and I managed to have a new image on the party ;-)

Well, I really messed up at first - ordered incorrectly. My girl was not pleased with me! Thank God the folks at Luxury Locs are flexible! Probably solved and wife thrilled!

Don't Waste Your Time Or Money. The first time I placed an order for Indian Remy hair from Luxury Locs I didn't have any problems. The hair was great, I kept it for about 8 months. After that neither the service nor the product lived up to my first purchase. I ordered 12 ounces of 20 inch hair for $350 and instead I received 4 ounces of 12 inch hair which was worth about $100. I was ripped off... Several of my associates that purchase hair from this vendor experienced the same thing. I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage like this... Don't waste your time or money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Be careful of your credit cards!!. This company is untrustworthy! Their online security is completely inadequate. I am a victim of fraud on my checking account and these people allowed an $850 purchase to go through. I called and informed them they had accepted a fradulent card and requested that they cancel the fees coming out of my account and they never returned my call, nor did they cancel the transaction. These people are losers!!
STAY AWAY FROM LUXURY LOCs. LUXURY LOCS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. They screwed my order for very expensive hair up. They girl I placed an order with promised my hair would arrive by a certain date, which it did not. When the hair arrived, it was not what I expected so I called to get an explanation and could not get anyone on the phone that knew anything about the hair I ordered. When I finally did talk to a manager, she promised to send me replacement hair and a discount on my next order. It is a month later and every time I call, I am given the run around and still no hair. How can a company treat customers that are willing to spend alot of money on their products this way??

I ordered from them but I first had A LOT of questions. The customer service rep was so nice and knowledgeable. I also called back with my hairstylist on the phone because she had questions too. I got my order in 2 days and the hair that I ordered is soooo beautiful. Everyone at the beauty salon couldn't believe it. I also, my husband loves it. The hair smells so good when it arrives and it is just simply beautiful. You can rub my head and there are no lumps or bumps. I have natural hair and I like to wear it naturally curly at times but I don't like the length so I order super premium curly and I can just wash and go or I can dry, flat iron, and/or curl. It is just simply amazing that when I wash it it goes right back to a curly state. NOT LIKE beauty supply store hair that turns into a tangly mess when you try and wash it. My hairstylist and I have used the same hair for 4 months and it still looks good. I took a break last week but I am getting them back in today and the hair still looks amazing!!!! It doesn't shed, it doesn't tangle...I have had no problems. The hair comes with easy directions(i.e. condition your new hair as if you were growing it.) I just treat my extensions just like my own hair.
I am so sorry that some people have had customer service issues. I just had to write about my experience. If you go to the site you will also see MANY satisfied customers. I am wearing hair extensions that are catered to the stars. Ladies, if we are going to spend our money why not spend it on the best!! Don't forget...we are soooo worth it!!!!
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!. They never sent my product and then tried to give me the run-around when I called. Eventually my calls were ignored. Two weeks after I placed the order, I filed a claim with my credit card company and got my money back. I have not seen one positive review of this company, and I have learned that there have been several disputes against the owner, April French, filed with various agencies.
Worst Online Purchase Ever!. BEWARE - This site has a no refund, instore credit only policy. I recently purchased hair from the site and recieved the incorrect order twice. When I contacted the company after receiving the second incorrect order my emails and phone calls were completely ignored until I stated that I was sending the hair back and expected a complete refund because I never recieved the product that was being advertised that I received a response that I could send it back if I wanted but all I would receive is an instore credit. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY at your own risk. I am not saying that your experience will turn out like mine but why even chance it.
