“The atmosphere is smooth and swanky, the service was very good; however, I don't think we will be returning.”
“If they lose that silly policy of charging to serve your own cake for large parties who order food/drinks, and loose that "manager" Tony, all will be well.”
“There are a few food and drink specials that are great”
“The menu is not that vast but the food is pretty good.”
“wished for a little more variety on the menu, but the shrimp and grits was tasty.”
“Luckie Food Lounge is a good place near Tech and on the west side of Atlanta, The food is good.”
“Overall this was probably the worst service I have ever received at a restaurant and WILL NEVER go back to this place”
“Below average food and service is just as bad”
“The cakes and apple pie are outstanding but not worth the poor service or cover charge.”
“But only part of the night could be considered romantic, and that's when the slow songs and somewhat muted lighting were on.”

One Night At Luckie...................WIN!!!.
I went to Luckie this past week and it was straight. I've been to Opera, Compound, Velvet Room, etc. But I still like this place a little better. The vibe was straight hot! All the people were dressed nice, the drinks were good, and Oh Oh......Oh.Oh.....Oh....Oh ...OH MY GOD! the ladies were lovely. And I had a couple of drinks so I started to get a little hungry. And low and be hold, they even had food. No "Awful Waffle" tonight! (Waffle House, in case you didn't know)
I'm not originally from Atlanta so you know you hear a lot about the lifestyles here. And the good times that you'll have. I can definitely say I f***s with Luckie "the long way." I can definitely say one evening at Luckie...................WIN!!!!
Greatest Party Spot In Atlanta. My friends and I had dinner and the ultimate VIP experience afterwards on the SkyDeck for my 30th birthday. The hostess, wait staff and management made us feel extremely comfortable. The prices were moderate for such an upscale venue. This was the greatest birthday ever thanks to Luckie Lounge. This was my first visit but it wont be my last!!!
expensive place. This can be an expensive place to go to. There's a valet charge, a cover charge, and the drinks are also expensive. The wait staff is very snooty and made my friend feel dumb when she asked about a drink.
Not a sophisticated place, cheap people looking for rich men. I've been there and I know quite a few people worked or working there. Valet Parking- $20. To get in the venue $20 or $40- the money is not for the restaurant but those promotors. Hostess will charge you if you look rich- $100 for table- of course you can negotiate, they money is going to their pocket- not the restaurant policy. Coat check is supposed to free but they will charge you for $5 so that they can make money. Some workers also can charge you less entrance fee and let you in from the backdoor for $15 or $20. Food is great, but those no class customers have no appreciation for a great food.... such a shame. Wed is industry night, girls who want to find rich men will be there with skinpy clothes, order water until somebody will get them in to the VIP. Services are OK, but it seems that they are busy taking care of everybody at the same time no individual attention. If you are classy, sophisticated adult who want to enjoy nice environment, this is not the place to go. Broke people acting rich, like somebody said in the previous review, that is correct. Or extremely rich people want to show off buying $3000 bottle you can buy at the store for $250. Either way, difinately not for a cool chill adults. You will be amazed by how ghuetto people act in this supposed to be ATL's hottest venue. lol. Good luck.
Very good restaurant.
This is an example of a trendy lounge that combine elements like good food, good music and good service.
Will be back for sure.
beautiful people only. Going to have to agree Luckie is the hottest spot in ATL. Drove up a few weeks ago ready to party and what do you know? Ne-Yo is there with TY KU!!! They were passing around the soju and it took everything to control myself. Us girls really enjoyed ourselves, best night out in awhile!!
Hottest spot in Atlanta.
This is one of my favorite places in downtown. I usually before or after the Hawks play.
The place is very sophisticated and trendy.
My favorite place for a Ladies Night Out !!!!. Great place to celebrate with your girlfriends. We learned about this restaurant on the Atlanta Magazine, mentioned to be a great place for a girls night out. I agree with that information, because we liked the atmosphere, the service, and the cocktails. Not to mention the food that is WONDERFUL !
Great restaurant and events venue.
Very nice restaurant and venue in general.
It has all the components of a Big City spot, completed by a trendy but good American Menu. The sushi options were also very good.
It is a great place for corporate functions. Our company hosts our party at Luckie every year.
In summary it is basically a blend of Houston's and Twist, with a trendy lounge appeal.
