Not Recommended.
This is an older hotel we've used before. It's really gone downhill. They have a new management company and have put into place restrictive policies about vendors. We ended up canceling an event, 4 days before it happened, because of their new requirements. It was too late to change hotels.
We'll NEVER book an event here again.
Atlanta has so many better choices, venues that have much better customer service, and seem to want your business.

Far from upscale. This older hotel is in need of a renovation. The rooms are clean but old. The lobby is beautiful, though, like being at the botanical gardens. The italian restaurant inside is also very good.

Business oriented with free internet access. Great restraunt. Great shuttle service.

Needs Work. I stayed at the hotel for a weekend in Atlanta, the hotel was not all I expected. Full parking lots, musty smell in room, tub had used soap from previous tenants still in it when we arrived. The lobby was nice, and location was a plus however, I would choose better next time. Not exactly what I expected from Crowne Plaza.

Enjoyed my vacation!. My husband and some friends of ours went on vacation and stayed at this hotel. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very elegant and nice. The staff was very professional and friendly. I'm EXTREMELY picky over hotels and my stay here was very pleasant.

unbeatable. This experience was superior. Accomodations were first class. All staff we encountered went about and beyond call of duty to make this special occation of ours "once on a lifetime".
