Princess Paradise!!!!!. WOW! WOW! This place is a princess Paradise!!!!! Clean,sanitary and entertaining. Besides getting excellent manicure and pedicure,i was really impressed with the staff...very accommodating and pleasant to chat with. The owner does a great job of stocking up on cute accessories like jewelry,purses,and clothes. The prices were incredibly affordable, just little more but totally worth it. It is a week later and my polish has NO CHIP. I am totally sold on POLISHED for life.

Loved it!. I got the sugar manicure–your hands are exfoliated with a chocolate grand marnier sugar souffle scrub, inserted in heated mitts to smooth way dryness, and then treated to a Bavarian cream whipped body frosting moisturizer with a mesage. Every single ingredient smelled divine and my hands were soft and smooth afterward.

Prepare to fall in love. Hands down the best nail salon ever! Prepare to fall in love with the service and place. Also great price! The salon is so stylish and they have martini Thursdays.

WOW. After learning of this Spa from my hair stylist, I decided to give it a try. I am very impressed. On my first visit, I dropped in without an appointment. This is a no no, as the Technicians at Polished have a large Client base. Therefore, it would behoove you to schedule an appointment.I scheduled my appointment and returned for services. The owner and nail technician listened closely to my request and provided the services exactly as requested. And WOW can they polish. I have never had my nails polished quite this well. My appointment was at 5:30 and I was out of there before 6:30. I had the powder gel nails as a service. The cost is competitve and the quality is great. I would recommend Polished to anyone.

Make an appointment!. I've been to Polished several times and had 2 small birthday/girls day parties there. All of my visits have been great. The space is beautiful, clean and bright. My manicure lasts twice as long here than any other I've ever had--I don't know what they do or why, but it just lasts longer. I highly recommend making an appointment because they tend to get very busy--especially during peak hours--after work or weekends.

They have a client for life!. Here's a quickie! I went here becasue I heard there is a eye brow threader here and since I take this exit to go home I decided to stop in and boy am I happy that I did.This shop is really cute. Looks like one of those boutique nail spas:-O I had my eye brows threaded and she did an awesome job.

Cute place but TOTALLY THE WORST!. Overall, it's clean and nice looking, but they're slow and their customer service leaves MUCH to be desired!!!

I'd heard good things about polished and wanted to go there. My sister got me a gift certificate for my birthday and I was excited. So, I go in and the girl at the desk didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Then when she finally did, she was less than friendly. I made my appointement anyway. Go back for my mani-pedi and again, the girl at the desk was rude. I asked how long the wait would be, she snapped, "We're obviously very busy. I don't know." Annoyed, I sat down and waited....for an hour and 12 minutes! Finally, got what I came for and left. The nail tech, Cherry, was very nice but work was far from stellar. Apparently, she was fresh out of nail school. About 3-4 hours after I left, I noticed my polish was chipping. Of course the salon was closed. I then go back two days later when they're finally open. I was happy because there were only 3 customers there so this shouldn't take very long. I walk in and stand at the desk for nearly 5 minutes before anyone even asked why I was there. Finally, someone says, "We'll be with you soon. Please have a seat." The receptionist comes over and rolls her eyes. She asked what was wrong, as if I immediately annoyed her. I explain that I was there two days ago and my polish is terribly chipped and it started the evening I was there. She says she remembers but because they are terribly busy, they, "..can't deal with it right now." I look around again. Still only three people in there. So I ask when it can be done. She said, "Just come back in a couple hours, I guess. But right now won't work. We're just too busy." She walked off. I walked out., never to return again.

I will definitely go back.. I really enjoyed my experience. It was easy to make an appointment and the place was nicely decorated and clean. The prices are also quite reasonable. I had a basic pedicure (after a nice foot soak in pink water) and manicure. I also had my eyebrows threaded. The service could have been slightly "warmer" - but I like the fact that they didn't go overboard trying to chat me up. I will definitely go back.

Best time ever!. I just had a spa party last evening at Polished and I have to say that I had the best time ever! It was for my 30th birthday and the nail techs did a great job and were so nice and funny! The owner was incredibly accommodating and gracious as we had them working until 10pm and no one even seem to mind at all...Ladies if you and your girls want to get together and do something fun and relaxing, definitely go to Polished!!!

Love this place. I love this place! I have been going to Polished for the past year and you can't really top the quality of service . My mani cure usually last over a week without any chips. The place gets busy so it's best to call ahead. They clean everything after each use and don't hurt you when they file and clip your nails( i can't say this for other places). Everyone who works there is good and they only speak in english to each other.
