Don't buy here - your an idiot if you do. Okay, sales aree slow all over Atlanta but they are at a snails pace here because - first of all the 2 ladies in the sales office do nothing but hang out with each other, smoke and do absolutely nothing to earn their keep. The grounds are superficially addressed, it's tacky looking and they rent to anyone without taking a look at the living conditions of the place. The make ready crew are picked up at Home Depot and are a joke. They put face plates up without rehooking up the cable or electric. Take off a face plate and it's an empty hole. The sinks don't drain and the hot and cold are reversed. The reglazing of the bath tubs is another joke. Peels off after 6 months and then your on your own. Wires hanging down in the front on various apartments look so tacky and you gotta wonder if its even safe. Thee place is a dive with a lot of Georgia girl make-up pasted on it. Don't buy here. It stinks.

MANAGEMENT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE CONDOS HAVE BEEN RECENTLY REFURBISHED AND ARE VERY NICE, HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM HERE IS THE MANAGEMENT STAFF. THE STAFF AT STONE MANOR ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THAT IS, IF YOU CAN EVER EVEN GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM . THERE IS USUALLY NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. THEY RARELY RETURN YOUR CALLS, AND IF THEY DO, THEY NEVER HAVE ANSWERS FOR YOU. THEY USUALLY JUST DIRECT YOU TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS JUST AS UNHELPFUL. ANY NEEDED REPAIRS? GOOD LUCK, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN WITH THEM. THEY PROMISE TO SEND A MAINTENANCE PERSON AND ON ONE EVER COMES. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!

An extravagant place with a Great price. You Need to seee this place!!!!!!! Wow!!!! It was like , after you see this place you know this is what you wanted....the landscapers did an amazing job; a serene place in a city atmosphere is how i would describe it. I have just bought their 3 bedroom townhouse that has over 1,600 sq ft, and ask them for different options for the floor, cabinetry, and granite which i was surprised they did all of it at no extra charges. All the appliances are standard even the crown molding on the first floor. Ask for leila or the other guy i believe his name was irfan. They both made me feel comfortable at my new place and did a great job taking care of the whole process, and of course my agent too. I would defintely recommed this place
