Sad decline. Broke. Down.

This club has gone way down hill over the last couple of years. There's always a few cardio machines out of order, they're rusty and dirty, and on most of them the heart rate monitors don't work.

Cleanliness is really below par all the way around. There's usually paper towel remnants on the floors somewhere. But yesterday there weren't any paper towels in the dispenser to clean off the machines.

And I've stopped using the men's locker room because of the smell. I'm a dude so I don't even have high standards for cleanliness, but it's beyond anything I've ever smelled in 35 years of going into locker rooms, like somebody has some serious gangrene feet or something. And it's every day. Just put some bleach in there or something, come on it can't be that hard to clean a locker room, even one with carpet.

This gym Sucks!. This gym is terrible. First off, you can never find an open treadmill, and if you do its because its broken. And in stinks in there. Oh, and there's only like 2 water fountains in the entire gym that actually has cold water. The basketball court is horrible. Its only one court, and there's usually like 60 guys in there trying to play, so you'll have to wait a long time unless your like a part of the And1 crew. And they're always arguing which will cause your wait to be even longer. Its just always too many people. The pool and jacuzzi, not that great too. The pool always has too much chlorine in it, and you'll probably see a lil dirt in the jacuzzi, very disgusting. Lockers are terrible. Lifting equipment is ok, but thats about it. Not a lot of civilized folks in my opinion. Two thumbs down for me

LA Fitness at Camp Creek. Well, everyone has their opinion and that's that. I have been a member of LA Fitness for more than a year now. Yes, I have seen areas that need improvement like the bathroom area sink fixtures always seem to be broken.

I honestly go to the gym a lot and the trainers are great, the managers are energetic and fun, the front office staf f are friendly and mannerable. I have not had a bad experience yet with the people. I have also noticed that they have a cleaning crew circulating during the day and maintenance keeping pace with replacing and fixing broken equipment.

I have been the early bird and the late comer to the gym. They were late once and everyone was apologetic. I have had a no-show for a cycling class but we (the class) put in some music and got to it.

If you are a woman, you may get thrown a pass or two but there are lots of men at this gym. It is a gym. Come enjoy, get fit, meet some great people and enjoy yourself.

Extra note: take the Saturday and Friday evening Spin Classes and get trained by Dwain, these guys are great if you really want to work hard.

Terrible Customer Service. Prepare to be treated badly. The customer service at this gym should be called customer attack. They are rude, will say anything to you, and just have no concern.

I was at the gym last Friday night with my son. We were about 3 minutes past the 10:00 closing and my son was getting dressed to leave.

This employee Threatened to walk in on my son to get him out and threatened to call the police claiming we had committed criminal trespassing. It was the most ridiculous display I have ever seen.

I mean she was extremely rude and just an utter idiot. I have never seen people act like this at a business before.

They have no concern about their customers probably because they don't complain. People start complaining!

the worst gym on earth. I am in absolute shock about a situation that has just occurred at your LA Fitness Camp Creek location here in Atlanta GA. I arrived for the 5:45 AM cycling class at 5:15 and there was no sign in sheet so I went into the cycling room and set my bike up for the class it was completely full by 6:00 AM and no instructor had arrived. Everyone sat there patiently, finally at 6:05 the receptionist came in the room and said ?hey you?ll she cancelled class and we can?t unlock the music box either? in a very rude and unconcerned tone. Everyone of course was completely disappointed as we arrived expecting to have cycling class and not only was the instructor not there we were also not allowed to have the music played.

I I then said well it?s not only that your instructor didn?t show but we at least wanted to listen to music and it?s also the way you said it when you came in the room, may I have a business card with the managers information? She then proceeded to yell several insults in a very confrontational manner at me, telling me I need to get rid of my white girl attitude, that I was clearly overweight and that is why I was so upset about the instructor not showing up, and that she will ?beat my muther***** *ss, because today is not the day to f** with her?. I was completely shocked and I just sat there with my mouth wide open for a few seconds taking everything in. I then turned around and walked out the front door I could not believe someone had insulted my race, the way I looked and my character in what is suppose to be a comfortable environment.
